Really enjoyed the first one. Gave us a good 2D metroid when we were kind of lacking one. That said it did stick maybe a little too close to metroid, so I am glad to see the sequel seems to be going in a new direction.

Anyone else playing? King Knight has a new campaign, he has a Wario shoulder tackle and features Triple Triad style card battles. Showdown is a smash bro style arena fighter with lots of characters and unlocks. Pretty crazy that they are giving away two new games, as part of an free update for a title I spent $10 or $15 on years ago. Shovel Knight really is the game that keeps on giving. It is also apart of the "Treasure Trove" physical disc available now.

Nintendo will replace joy-cons for free no warranty or proof of purchase Needed. Nintendo is still selling the older model switches at full price with the Mario Kart 8 bundle for $300. $150 firm sounds more than fair. That plus $40 dock gets you a full switch set for cheaper than the Lite. What is the condition? Condition would be a factor, since but it’s a member I’m guessing good condition, but if you already put 100s of hours into it maybe not. On the home brew end what firmware are you up to? The lower the firmware, the more you can do. The various updates have been trying to stamp it out.

Gamestop sells used/refurbished Switches for $225 Nintendo sells refurbished docks for $40 $175-$180 maybe? More than that and people would be better off getting a Switch Lite if they are buying a dockless Switch

Ok now you are having your cake and eating it too. You feel albums are made to play as a whole? So you never stop them midway through? Like you already made it where you are going but need to sit in the car another 15 mins cause the album isn’t done? Cause if you do then I guess you need to fast forward or rewind the tape so it can be at the correct starting point. You can’t just pop them in as background while you clean the blinds, Jimmy Page will be mad you aren’t listening to it as he intended! One of the best parts about vinyl is the fact you can find the groove and drop the needle right on the track you want. Also albums are bisected in a way to allow unique listening experiences. Play the A side if you used want the hits. Play the B side if you want the heavier, more experimental stuff. No need to fast forward or rewind. Also my car still had a tape deck in early 2000s as well, so yeah that is why my tapes were in the car. So what you had to carry a box of tapes back and forth constantly? Nobody got time for that.

Trash format Poor sound quality. Having to fast forward/rewind to get to your fav songs was a pain. Most of mine ended up getting warped after repeated plays and being left in the car.

Think you need to adjust your bifocals Higher quality models and assets, better particle effects, better lighting systems like ray tracing, jump in overall resolution and performance, better draw distances with less pop in, faster loading with ssd. These improvements make an impact. Go back and play some of those games on older systems. You are going janky looking characters and environments and some the fakest fire and explosion effects. They look a lot worse than you remember.

Amazon in Dragon's Crown is pretty much a fighting game character in a beat em up. She is all about air juggles, combos, blocking/parrying to gain iframes, and stacking berzerk.

Went to Hersey in the spring and it cost way more than that. Website says some of the rides are open but I’m not seeing the mega coasters which are like the main attraction. So yeah I’d think of it more like a walking tour to see the lights and maybe hop on some of the smaller traditional rides. Have you been to Knobles?
