I cut out junk, particularly candy and sugary drinks, started taking probiotics, and going to bed earlier, and its helped a lot. I usually eat pretty well so this was just a tweak to avoid that 3pm crash more than anything.
I used to drink em daily but i've stopped because I would enjoy having teeth as an old man. Monster Mule, Beaver Buzz root beer, Pacific Punch are my favs. I just drink black coffee now, Starbucks makes a nice microground instant coffee now so I keep those stocked at home.
Funny you say that because cassette collecting has become pretty popular lately too. A lot of bands in the 80s released only on cassettes with it sorta being the medium between vinyl and CD, so theres some rare stuff.
