  1. Sorry, it's 01127. Excel must have stripped the leading zero
  2. Have been sorting & organizing my Atari 2600 collection recently, The shelves are organized here roughly in chronological order (1977-78, 1979-1980, 1981-82) The bad news: theres 1 boxed, variant that I need to add to this set here. Not sure what to do with it though because everything fits in so well as it is now....
  3. On the Fallout? Thats the flip up cover. When I submitted these, I requested to leave the price tags on the games. To me, they add to the authenticity - I like to think back that this very specific game was picked up off the shelf of EB Games, purchased and then (for whatever reason) was never opened. Anyone think the detract from the games and should have been removed?
  4. I recently picked up a CIB Festers Quest from what I would assume to be a reliable source. Everything looks good and matches here however there isn't a black sleeve in my copy. The listing here calls for a black sleeve however in the picture I don't see one shown. Was there a sleeve included with this title?
  5. A new challenger has appeared!
  6. I got a few back from CGA today. First time submitting - not a fan of their process. Took about 5 months. I think they look great though. Wish the label would note that they are sealed.
  7. I've purchased so many boxed (cardboard) games and had them arrive in bubble mailers that in about done with eBay sellers. Protip: writing 'fragile' on the envelope isn't going to help anything. If I'm paying $100+ , I don't think it's too much to put it in a damn box. This is a huge reason I now prefer graded games, btw.
  8. Store reseals wouldn't have that perfectly formed hole though. From my experience, those are usually an irregular oval shape. I have no specifics to base it on but this looks original to my eyes.
  9. I added my entire collection into pricecharting recently and also had similar problems. Try getting an export of your collection and see if the spreadsheet is populated correctly. I had to do that to find what was then (incorrectly) not listed on the website and then go in manually for each item and add new / remove the old entry. Then it worked correctly. All in all, the site has some shortcoming (aside from how it calculates values)
  10. Mario maker and Zelda BOTW are huge games for my kids. One son was determined to play the game after watching me beat it but he wasn't able to read yet. Needed lots of help in the beginning -- but by the tie he finished he was fully capable on his own. Other kids weren't quite sure how I kept winning at Mario Kart. They finally outed me with an incredulous "Have you played this before?!?" :)'
  11. I'm happy to do it. I was on NA with the same username but not very active there (or here really) so you wouldn't know me. I ship often internationally (most often *to* me) and I have a business account on Paypal. Perhaps we could do it though some sort of videogamesage transaction.(?) Either way, I'm an option if you want to consider it.
  12. Are replacement cases available or is the only option to cannibalize a complete Hucard from japan?
  13. I can't say that mine is original. I've had this for many years, not sure of the history. Box is DMG P TR, code is 30423. Cart is DMG-TR-USA
  14. I prefer collecting CIB and if I had a choice between having the cartridge or having the box -- I'd take the box all day long. The boxes are more interesting to look at and I love a full shelve(s) of them. Having the time to actually play these games is a concept I'm not familiar with these days...
  15. I can say that big box PC game sealing is a whole different world than console video games. The same standards / expectations do not apply. The indicators that RH pointed out are going to be your best bet. edit: My sealed Jaguar games do kinda look like that too.
  16. I have three different types of 3rd party black sleeves in my collection and trying to correspond those with this list. I've got one I would label as 'flat black' another with the standard 'cracked leather' and then a third with what I would call a 'weave' pattern. Do these 3 line up with the descriptions above? (smooth cracked, textured, rough texture)

  18. I wasn't hunting specifically for this one but it managed to find it's way into my collection this week.
  19. This is a good question .. unfortunately I don't have any examples. I've got plenty of the opposite though -- selling when I thought it was a the height of the market. Notables include boxed DKJR Math, sealed Zombie Nation and boxed Super Mario RPG.
  20. Looks like they haven't been consistent with Switch Consoles. Or maybe they've just moved it somewhere that I'm not seeing. Launch Switch on the right (following the outline above) and a more recent one on left.
  21. If the original version originally came on a disk then I'm happy with a Switch (physical) release. If it originally came on cartridge, I like having the original (boxed). All in all, I like collecting cardboard more than playing the game.
