  1. Is the entirity of VGA's website down now. It seems the Population Report is offline (I can't find the links to it now) but even their new "automated" submission process website looks to be down. or is it just me?
  2. I can match what monsterG says -- I have two very complete DMG-GBTR-USA-3 boxed systems in my collection that have (seemingly) everything but neither has the bags for the manuals. I would expect them to be bagged -- as that had been the habit for Nintendo but It doesn't seem as if they were (?)
  3. Some titles had multiple printings and so those would have had different inserts through out the years. Might be best if we can also track the date code on the tab. To get us started, lets go with a launch title: Baseball
  4. I preordered mine from EB Games and I believe that it was the first game I had ever pre-ordered. Came with a stack of freebies that I still have. The t-shirt is aging poorly
  5. I've got boxes and boxes of duplicate Atari manuals. Is your list on the first post up to date?
  6. This is a CAP-NES-US poster with a 1986 copyright date. (I do not know that this is what matches to first print MM) Capcom, like other publishers, may have re-used the same code on different posters:
  7. Its not unreasonable to be suspicious. I had a small auction close last weekend. I mailed the item Monday morning and then I received this email Monday evening (over 48 hours after the auction had closed). Ebay closed the account and the cancelled the sale after I had mailed the item
  8. That reminds me. I have a large Atari spreadsheet of box variants and their contents. Not complete but once i get things to a good point, I'll share it with you.
  9. I expect its a combination of water and time that makes the difference. Poor DKJR math
  10. I thought you'd be much closer to a full set (I may be ahead of you!) How about variants?
  11. Looks good to me. That is how European DS games were sealed in my experience
  12. What led you to assign the NES-DOC rear projection warning sheet to the NES LoZ cart? I know that that inset was used with Double Dragon II (around 1990) but I haven't seen it included with Zelda. Also -- there were different printings & variations of the NES legend of Zelda game and the inserts would have changed over time. Did you account for that in this thread (sorry if I missed it)
  13. A Nintendo published, first party title didn't ship with a promotional poster? If this is correct, I suppose it could have been left out due to the additional space that the glasses took but that seems odd to me.
  14. I don't recall it being sold separately. (Take that for what it's worth)
