  1. I recently finished the second story in about 25 hours. It's vast, but not excessively long.
  2. Never did this one. It's on the PlayStation store for $10, I may have to give it a shoterooski.
  3. TurboTax, simple return. 6 years running now with no issues. Used to go in person to Jackson hewitt/HR block, after trying TurboTax and seeing how easy it is, haven't looked back.
  4. In that case, you probably are better off waiting for a lower price/better technology. On the other hand you can take advantage of being part of a community of like minded people such as this one and chat it up about that big new release. Personally, I think it is worth a try for you!
  5. The game's amazing. Being able to talk about it with my peers as I was playing it made it all the better. Talking about the secrets that we uncovered and comparing notes brought my back to my childhood when I used to do the same thing with the first Legend of Zelda when I was in first grade. But if saving a few bucks was somebody's goal, that's cool too. I typically do that with new systems. I waited until I could buy a ps3 for $50 before I finally got one. I made an exception for when a game came out I truly needed to play asap.
  6. I was pretty happy playing botw relatively close to launch. In my opinion, everyone who chose to wait in hopes of saving a couple bucks was really missing out.
  7. Came across this on FB. I figured maybe someone on here may be interested. https://m.facebook.com/groups/412937842057303?view=permalink&id=3813074895376897
  8. For SF to win they need to score on every possession and do just enough of defense to where KC doesn't completely overwhelm them. What is mindboggling about the afc Championship is Tennessee controlled the clock by 8 minutes in the first half and scored on every possession. And they still went into the half behind.
  9. KC is just incredible. The only way they can be beaten is to be outgunned like the were last year in the AFC Championship Game.
  10. I moved to VA from NH to try to find better work. I was 22 and single at the time. In addition to attaching myself to a great company and really advancing my career, i met my wife in the process. 10 years later, we moved to NH to be around my family. If you are young with no responsibilities, don't get comfortable. Take some risks and experience a way of life you aren't accustomed to. Taking a risk of moving halfway across the country rather than moving in with my parents and playing it safe wound up being the best decision I ever made.
  11. Stage- Air Man Robot Master- Bubble Man Song- Crash Man Weapon- regular old mega buster
  12. Lets see, some obscure games i beat to death as a kid NES- Kickle Cubicle, Mickey mousecapades, little Nemo the dream master Genesis- Phelios, Shadow Blasters Kickle cubicle is a really good room by room puzzler in the style of Lolo. But better in my opinion. You solve puzzles by turning monsters into ice and pushing them into the water to make a bridge. Nemo is an awesome non- linear platformer. You feed candy to certain monsters and you can use their ability to travel the stage and look for the 6 keys to unlock the door at the end. Phelios is a shmup where instead of a spaceship, you are Apollo, the Greek sun god on a quest to save Artemis. Essentially, it's a shmup based on greek mythology. Cool bosses, epic music, creepy levels, good stuff. Mickey Mousecapades is a run and gun platformer very similar to Mega man, just not quite as good. It has its moments, though. The platforming is based on making sure Minnie can make the jump too, which is tricky since she's on a slight delay. Shadow Blasters is one of my favorites of all time. It's like a combination of NES TMNT where you can choose between 4 characters on the fly and Mega man, where each character's attack is effective differently against different enemies are sometimes ineffective in different levels. Really cool levels, some interesting and frustrating bosses and cool music. Not a big fan of the final boss though.
  13. 6/10 I always sing along to One Sweet Day. Always.
  14. Never. Sometimes when I was a kid I would go back and unlock all the secrets, but not as an adult. I have way too many games I want to play. Even as a kid I would lose interest eventually sometimes. I only ever got to like 85 skulltullas and 19 heart containers in oot, for example.
  15. I believe Chief Justice Roberts said it best. "This court has determined that the marriage is a fundamental right for any two consenting adults, regardless of sexual identity. It is entirely unfair that only heterosexuals may suffer."
  16. It happened, the punishment may ve unfair,(it is) but prepare to see AAAstros of the 2000s return. The owner litterally blew up the team over this. Im getting ready myself. Cora is about to get everyone fucked hard. I mean, everything is questioned now. Cora gets in, and Mookie moves from a great player to the best in the game? Really? Everyone on the sox sans JD and Devers had a down year this past year and could hit situationally worth a damn at all. There's reports that the press box the Sox used in 18 was occupied by league officials in 19. They went from the best home teams in mlb in 18 to an under 500 in 19. Coincidence? Cora has me questioning everything. I'll enjoy the title for what it was, but I am preparing to spend some time in the basement this coming decade. You should too.
  17. John Henry and Tom Werner are PR guys. I guarantee you Cora is gone. I would be shocked if he's not. Personally I think the whole thing is overblown. The response to sign stealing is more extreme than it was to steroids. Suspended for a year? Are you kidding me? Couldn't have even started for a month? 2 first rounders and 5 mil from the organization? Jesus Christ! As a Sox fan I'll just appreciate what we got. We are about to get boned for half a decade. Dombrowski sold the farm and MLB is about to strip away our ability to build it back. Would Chaim even have come on board if he knew this was about to go down?
  18. Oh snap Houston. I did not see that coming at all. On a side note, stick a fork in Cora. He's done. No way Henry doesn't follow suit.
  19. On snap Derrick Henry! I guess I dont need to feel bad anymore. Dude is a bulldozer, what can he do next week i wonder!?
  20. I forgive him for that. He was on roids the whole second half of his career anyway. He's the pitching version of Barry Bonds. He could be a top 3 all time pitcher if not for that whole pesky Mitchell report.
  21. A roger Clemens signed baseball I had signed when I was a little kid. I was in awe of him when I met him, I couldn't get any words out and had a hard time looking at him. This was back in 92 when he was still a stud for the Sox before he betrayed us by playing for the Yankees. Oh yeah, and then steroids...
  22. I'm the minority, i know. I always prefer cartoony type games over the dead serious type games in general. I never understood the midna hate. She's pretty much a straight bitch at first, but she really grows as a character and becomes very endearing as the game progresses. She's much more interesting than "HEY! LISTEN!" Or Red Lions just being blah and telling you what to do next. Midna actually has a real personality and lightened or enhances the dark points of the story depending on what is needed.
