Reminds me of my almost-famous BBQ teriyaki chicken where I grill the pineapple and mix it in the rice then use the rest of the pineapple as a bowl. Kind of cobbled the marinade together with what I had on hand. Cilantro flakes and lime juice from the plastic lime it is.
