  1. I mean hey, it's not Superman 64 right?

Moved some more goodies today. Act now before they're gone
  3. Ooooh I see Japanese stuff...and 30min to go, thanks. Probably get nothing but...
  4. Well, I did a before/after post on this, but for here, just the after. I don't post as I used to, trying to stay local, and when you can spread out find a nice little deal like this, it's more than worth it. $50 vs double plus on ebay these days.
  5. I did a little mini restoration today, didn't take as long as you might think as I got the stickers off with some good nail scraping carefully, then the adhesives, dirt and grime, all nice and touched up and well... here's the before and after.
  6. Odds are, no, unless the military takes him out in a coup or the public, both... It's sad, but in Putin's mind he's pretty much his own little emperor there and everyone has to do as he commands and wills it, meat for the grinder with a huge propaganda machine. It's disturbingly similar to a mix of both Hirohito and Hitler. Both basically wanted divine worship, both controlled the media, silenced or killed dissent, and were paranoid about what was going to happen or about what did. In the case of it, I'm thinking more like Japan and how the US and allies cut off their oil supplies piece by piece until Japan saw eventual financial, military, and physical starvation along with a likely potential population uprising. That's where Putin is right now, and like both those big axis idiots, he is willing to take down whoever it is in the way in order to maintain power, maintain face, and just not be wrong in the eyes of HIS own public. To the nazis you had your jews, to the japanese you had the barbaric rapey americans, and to the russians now you have supposed genocide and nazis killing their own on their own(hah, so called) soil. They're firing up a base, and the more they get punched the more they'll in time crack and punch back.
  7. Well I don't know about always being late. I like my new policy, things are far better. Almost always buy local. You can walk in, look, check if the price is laughable or not, then react accordingly. You end up buying far less, paying far less, win win. (And a bonus of less clutter/backlog.)
  8. Then you'd need your account name redone to thirsty tapeworm.
  9. @JVOSS Chrono Trigger has one packaging in general. Just the first run had the added poster slipped into the otherwise same case with the difference being you'd have the sticker on the seal you showed there. It's basically in the end for collectors one you can franken into a first run when it's not, so the honesty of the value would be sickeningly one where you keep it wrapped. One of the rare few games on DS I'd put some money on still too, only because I'd rather do it on there than SNES due to the handy perks of screen #2.
  10. Well I can agree on that, but the gas issue is largely his executive orders fault. Shuttering our oil independence put us in a spot where we're paying so much now, and giving a small cut to the enemy as well which really sucks even more. So yeah, he did that. Largely the rest of it I just don't care and let it slide...not worth getting hot over.
  11. Hey now, Russia isn't the only one to blame, plenty to go around before the last two weeks domestically.
  12. Very nice, you spotted some quality there and a great deal. They I think only bothered with those plastic cases maybe a year as they're just not cheap like cardboard. It was that little window when the Pocket popped up but they also wanted to prop up the older original with new colors. Same style snap case and warranty style card glued on there with the write in date box. That's a nice shelf piece (which is what I did with the pocket I have in plastic.)
  13. He says one thing, does another, and the press seems a bit concerned to be really honest about what's going on in respect to civilians. That pricks army has been doing this consistently from the get go. Anyone who hasn't left is a target clearly given enough of their so called military targets have been apartments, civil business, even that holocaust memorial of all things. And yet, no one is still willing to put their own boots on the ground along with the large amounts of hardware. I'm not saying full on conflict, but some should go in, special ops, help train the use of this advanced hardware and maybe covertly do as they do.
  14. The most impressive thing there is the not often as much seen play it loud system entirely intact with the hard to come by plastic case it shipped in. Nintendo didn't do those for long, same with the Pocket when it arrived too.
  15. Not as bad as what I paid for it though which is why I couldn't tolerate that price I said. Around 1997-98 I bought at retail the game, sleeve, manual, and the poster for $10. Having had to lose a lot of games beyond my control in 05, to then want it back around 2010-11 seeing it at $200 it was a disgusting endeavor so I just didn't. At this rate it's so bad, I'd find myself happy with an indistinguishable exterior copy cat of the game. Video System won't get a dime, no need to feed a shark more than a house payment.
  16. I've not bothered with android for a phone only a tablet, and for the time one of the best as it was the nvidia shield tablet that turned basically into the Switch. I've used iOS though as a phone(still do) and tablet (iPad2) ages ago. Android I loved the freedom of side loading. I found trying to get into the base code with a USB cable and all that confusing and painful so I didn't bother a lot. The actual OS I found to be a bit buggy, slower, seemed to degrade with time likely due to memory issues google never resolved. The general setup was nice though, liked the pull down bar for fast access as it had better choices than apple. Apple though I like the clean easier interface, and that fact it's stable. I detest the walled garden as I can't put stuff on there they don't want, primarily, side loading apps. I did find a way around the iTunes cancer using another tool so I can move around images, movies, and MP3s with ease. I miss not being able to stuff a few things I had on my tablet I'd like to use at times I do legally own that apple won't allow. At least finally those twits allow me to pick my own web browser which took forever.

Sold off three gameboys I had posted, may update this again later depending how it goes locally.
  18. Next up aerofighters? I wish I had snapped that when it was $200 but that already sucked.
  19. So we're getting some of those square games physical in the US? About time they learned their damn lesson as I'm tired of importing their stuff. Live-a-Live and Chrono Cross I've never touched before (either) I'd take a crack at.
  20. A little tip, United Games Entertainment is the parent company of SLG, and also equally the parent company of ININ games which I'm sure you saw peddles the SLG stuff, after the fact, on Amazon. I found this out when I was increasingly getting pissed off over that original Cotton release preorder never filling their pie in the sky quota because I had found that ININ randomly started selling it on amazon, and for a little less. Seems UGE looks for suckers up front with the SLG pay and maybe get it later model to work like some no interest loan up front, and use that to do what they need to, then just change the materials to show ININ instead of SLG on the stuff, and re-release it through their other name that way. So no, LRG games don't get pulled from old SLG stock, SLG stock gets reissued/named under the ININ label for retail. I imagine unless westone did some weird funk in their contract, you'll find it repacked with the ININ label before long.
  21. Maybe, but it may just be a matter of time. I truly do not believe those maps from that twit leader of Belarus were outright not correct, a large mix of done movements and those happening, but one showing a raid into Modolva to take at least Transnistria if not more... that would spark a fire. While not in NATO after that threat go out they just fast track applied too to the EU as Ukraine did. They're in the area, on the ground and all that, they're not stupid and see what's up more than some loaded news coverage and that should be more worrying. Well that or if they do something utterly idiotic purposeful or not to any reactors in Ukraine, that'll push it over the top. Putin is a coward, now talking maybe martial law, now perhaps push to pass a bill in their duma to allow for conscription into service in ukraine for anyone publicly protesting that presintator douchebag. Presintator= President+Dictator (if it wasn't obvious) just like Pooh Bear Xi in China.
  22. If you could use them I have 3 I'm offloading, excellent shape all complete. Kirby Canvas Curse and Squeak Squad, also Fire Emblem (which has the matching guide from prima.) If you're in the US and don't have any of them I could help you help me help you add something and get it off my shelf.
  23. Ugh never heard of that movie before, and from that trailer, you're right. And given the insanity and thirst of Putin who could say that isn't a possibility on the table at this point.
  24. ^THAT Right there is why I've done basic research and questioning into it. I found I could have stuff covered but then it gets fuzzy. The fuzzy is what do they pay out on it. I would need to have photographic, ledger, something that has a timestamp etc to it to prove I'm not pulling one of those classic car theft claims of having like a davinci painting in my trunk that went missing...you know? That's where I backed off it. Sure I have Earthbound and the guide for instance, great. Let's guess that's worth $500 to keep it easy. What if someone breaks in here with all the stupid going on in the next 6months, and by then it sells for like $750. How is my insurance going to want to try and qualify that, at the value that's lower of course, after hopefully I prove enough evidence I didn't make up owning it in the first place. They were not very concrete on the phone other than they'd look for comps on the game, and my guess they'd shoot as low as comparably possible as they're not going to care about discoloration, sticker damage, other wear, etc. I know I'd get a considerable fraction of what it's worth, but not really what it is, so I'd come up short.
  25. Are you like actively buying DS games off people around here or just using ebay and stuff?
