My parents are elca lutheran and they were/are going through something similar. I think it was over allowing gay pastors a few years ago. Elca is already the I guess progressive version of lutheranism, vs my grandma's church that doesn't let women hold office. But this is a small rural town that's 99% white in a red state so some people couldn't handle that and stopped attending. It's not even that they had a gay pastor, just that it was allowed. I don't remember how it all turned out, I think there was talk of a split at the national level.

Lol no this is so twisted. Homeosexuals are the victimized group. You don't get to blame people defending them and calling out bigots for their hateful views and actions.

nobody says churches have to endorse gay marriage, but they get to deal with being called out as bigots if they're gonna pull that bullshit.

The camerica revolver isn't really usable for a bunch of games because of the way shots are detected. The zapper trigger works in 2 stages, going from off to active back to off. Thats why you get 2 clicks per pull. Cocking the revolver hammer is akin to holding the zapper trigger halfway. Pulling the revolver trigger is the release action. Most games detect shots on the first action, so pulling the hammer fires a shot, which doesn't play well. I'm like 95% sure the camerica gun was a mold taken off an oem famicom revolver. Except that one is double action and will operate the hammer by pulling the trigger, so it'd generally work like the zapper. The camerica gun's poor fit and finish prevents that from happening. I would like to create patches that are revolver compatible but it's a "when I have time" thing so basically never. Thank you for attending my Ted talk on NES revolvers.

Please explain this to me. I watched it and thought it was mostly fine but near the end it took a hard left (which was unearned) that completely changed the tone of the movie. I've seen so many people proclaiming it's greatness for no apparent reason.

Have you guys looked into the terraonion megasd? I have one and it's been pretty great so far. Sega CD support is very well done.

proto/development/not for retail boards are more flexible than production issue boards. you can build one out to function without populating every space on the board. i wouldn't assume the worst based on the photo.

The label is similar to the clu clu land samples. The board is a mystery. He says test cart, does he mean literally testing something? It's interesting. It's not $20k interesting. An unreleased game would be pretty amazing but that doesn't appear to be the case.
