  1. I only voted for Crazy Town because I had absolutely no idea what the other video was.
  2. One nice thing about working from home is that you don't have to worry about your Analogue products sitting on your front porch all day while it's snowing in April. One downside to working from home is that you have a Super Nt sitting next to you on your desk while you are trying to work.
  3. I always combine orders whenever possible to save shipping. There is nothing they are selling that I need to play immediately.
  4. As a big fan and user of Milwaukee tools and of course Mario, I got a kick out of this shirt.
  5. You can debate the bit classification all day long, but the TG16 definitely competed against the Genesis more so than the NES and fits better into the 4th generation of video games as opposed to the 3rd generation. That's why most people just consider it a 16 bit console.
  6. Right. When they start releasing reports about ALFs, then you can start to get excited.
  7. Just so we are clear, the fact that GameStop uses PSX should be more than enough reason for everyone to agree that PSX is the worst possible option.
  8. I watched it within the first year of it being released, but I haven't watched it since. I remember enjoying it as a kid and being excited about any scene that involved video games(a surprisingly small number). But at the age I was at the time, I probably would have liked it no matter how bad it was. I really don't think I can rate it fairly without giving it another watch. I'm guessing it would land somewhere around a 5 or so.
  9. There is a huge difference in censorship that an artist willing chose to incorporate, and censorship that was forced upon someone against their will. With that said, I still find it a bit odd, when they almost try to hide it.
  10. 10. I feel like explaining why is a waste of time, because who could possibly disagree? (I'm sure I'll be proven wrong on that last point, but the 10 still stands).
  11. The exclusivity is a surprise, but to me, the move to first person isn't a surprise at all. Third person games are not nearly as fun in VR compared to first person which gives you the true feeling of being there. In addition, first person adds to the horror of the game. I never really got into RE4, but it still sounds cool.
  12. What do you need a shaver for? I thought we were all growing COVID beards. But seriously, I also recommend starting with a cheaper one just in case you hate it. I tried one probably 10 years ago thinking it would save time, and I didn't care for it. I used it probably six months and went back to the razor.
  13. Finished World 7 tonight. I have to say that my biggest frustration is that the camera has killed me more than every single enemy in the game combined. I'm also a little surprised that 65% of the green stars are needed to gain entry into the final castle in world 7. I've been getting 100% of the green stars as I've been going, so I had plenty, but I figured they were more optional than that. I'm guessing that will hold up my kids when they get to that point since their skill level is pretty low.
  14. I've never tried any of the Animal Crossing games. I see enough about them to know that I probably would have enjoyed these games in my younger years, but I don't really have the time to invest in them today.
  15. I'm very slowly working my way through this game, but now that I'm in world 5, I'm surprised to say I'm enjoying this game way more than I thought I would. The levels get way more interesting after getting past world 1, and there are several really fun levels such as the one that is clearly based off of a Mario Kart track. I also really enjoyed the level with 10 stars that required making your way through 10 mini levels in a row in a very short time. There are also a few levels that start the clock at 100 seconds and you have to make your way through the level very quickly. These aren't difficult to complete, but it's fun to try and find the stars and stamp, while trying to manage the clock.
  16. Let's just be happy that Sony didn't call their THIRD console the PlayStation One like another company who shall remain nameless....
  17. In the past two weeks, I've had the PSX come up in conversation on three separate, unrelated occasions, and none of those times were we discussing PS1 abbreviations. For some reason, in the local Facebook groups around here, it's a popular item. I mentioned in a separate thread the other day that I no longer try to correct people when they use it wrong, as it's simply not worth my time, and I've made peace with the fact that people either don't know or don't care. But I will never use it that way myself.
  18. It doesn't matter that it didn't have a 1 in the name originally. Nearly all movies and games that have sequels refer to the original as 1 even though the originals rarely, if ever, use a 1 in the name. Considering the PSX is another console entirely, it makes no sense to use that name. If you don't want to use the 1, just abbreviate it PS.
  19. Much easier picks than last round. Although in number 3, I don't care for either song, so I picked the one that annoys me less.
  20. Honestly, Sega probably does have the best console names with Genesis and Saturn being some of my favorites. Jaguar is up there as well. Of course, I like PlayStation as well. Xbox is a great name as well, but every Microsoft console name since then has been a mess.
