  1. Plain oatmeal, add in raisins, dates and pecans. And sometimes just a little bit of real maple syrup. This is sometimes a snack or breakfast for me, depending on when I feel like eating it. All meals such as rice, pasta or even pizza I throw in a lot of veggies such as peas and carrots, sometimes corn and asparagus. Sandwiches containing spinach and tomatoes with chicken or fish fillet, no mayo, not anymore. Sometimes eat a banana or frozen fruit, a variety of stuff, particular to mango and blueberries. But limit my fruit because it messes me up, think I have a hard time with the sugars in fruit. I never add salt or spices to anything. Though will say I tend to use a lot of butter for rice or toast, but it's not that often. And all I've ever drank for much of my adult life is water, just that nearly 100% of the time. Anything else such as juice or whatever doesn't even add up to a whole percent given it's water pretty much every day all day long, except perhaps a few times out of a year. Given what I have to work with I think I eat pretty okay. Oh, there's the occasional Hungry-man or tuna salad but always add more veggies to it. I don't eat out, haven't in years, never drank alcohol ever, nor coffee. I recently tried plain yogurt to see if maybe that would be good for me and if I could handle the taste, I think I can get used to it if my digestive system is okay with it, given I add in some fruit or nuts. Not much junk food anymore. Used to be addicted to the cake, donuts and cookies and pastry, stuff like that, but gives me too much acid reflux now that it's not worth it. Yet still I have high cholesterol. Sort of a new occurrence for me just this year, never had an issue in all my years before. But thyroid levels were higher too so that could be causing the higher cholesterol not so much the food choices. I should keep a log of what I eat each day, tried it before in the past but would end up forgetting sometimes to get record.
  2. Scary person in that vid. Like that dude on Silence of the Lambs. Maybe it's wrong for me to say, but that is what I thought of. Always going to be some severely mentally ill out there among the population that make it bad for certain groups of people. This is just an unstable person, who cross-dresses and well, I can't know what is in that mind to know how another really feels about themselves, but I do know what I see, and that is a person who is potentially dangerous. If I were a customer I would have quickly walked right out of the store worried that a gun or something would be pulled, because you never know, and it's like that for any violence that happens, bad enough I remember all the customers I've had in some past jobs that acted to that extent and over little things, such as one dude when I was working at a video rental place going off because he wasn't allowed to rent anything without first paying his late fees, he threatened to walk out with them, What's going to stop me, huh?! If you go out there with those I will have to call the police, I told him. I could see the anger getting ready to blow up in him and he threw the movies across the store. One of the more scary moments that shook me up so much I started crying, got so weak in the legs I could hardly stand. Then he collects himself after walking out and comes back in and apologies for scaring me and paid his fees. And there was another time with a couple, when I was working at Toys R Us during christmas and the wife wanted something and was rudely interrupting me with another customer on the salesfloor, I was helping someone else out and asked her to please wait, that I'd be with her after them, her husband, huge fucking guy lunged at me as I backed into the stockroom, fist raised, What did you say! I said I'll be back to help you in a moment. I thought that's what you said and he calmed down and walked back out. Whew. Always hated holiday, too many angry people full of stress. It's sad because this person in that video may have been abused really bad and also has a lot of brain issues, there's a lot of confusion in there beyond what they can handle, that given the circumstances needs meds most likely in order to function without all that rage. But back on topic, misgendering over phone... And I have been misgendered over the phone too, as my mom puts it, it's because I get nervous when talking I tend to not speak clearly or mumble and since they can't see me, they hear mumble mumble, so voice can be a little deeper sounding, thus sound dudish or borderline, thus addressed me as sir.
  3. Low polygon count, but if it plays well then it shouldn't be a problem.
  4. ↑ Thought that said air jiggles, my mind was in the gutter.
  5. Amusing topic. But I know how it can be frustrating at times. I've never liked the whole assuming someone is a sir or ma'am, mr., mrs., miss, what the fuck does it matter... never liked titles and thus have never used them even in the workplace. Of course I've also been considered blunt, rude or dry, but conversation was never my high point. What others consider as polite language I consider it ass-kissing.
  6. Soul Blazer. Je suis au Château de Magridd. Je viens de libérer plein de gens, des soldats et aussi quelques chanteurs.
  7. I was never into using codes much (my favorites were always sound test codes, every game should've had these to listen to the game music and sound effects, but very few did), sometimes they were fun to mess around with, sometimes even though useful they were too much trouble (one of the more difficult ones being Robowarrior but gave you stage skip, unlimited items and walk through walls), but I did have a Game Genie later in life during my start of the millennium NES collection (1999-2010), hardly used it, but did mess around with it a few times and actually found some fun or useful codes but mostly it was a short term novelty. Custom Game Genie Codes (discovered by me in 2004) *Alien³ Codes below activated upon starting game (Alien³ codes created 3/31/2004): "PULSES" Fire through walls with grenade launcher. (tested partially) "PULSSS" Grenade rounds float in suspended animation...nice, air mines! (tested up to the end of the game) "PULSEZ" With grenade launcher selected, stand still to toss hand grenades, move forward or duck to fire grenade rounds...2 weapons in one, double impact! (tested partially) "ZULSEN" Fire through doors with pulse rifle or grenade launcher, can also throw hand grenades through unopened doors as well. (tested partially) "PUPSSV" Throw hand grenades through doors. (tested up to the end of the game) *Guardian Legend, The : "GAZELL" = press start to view demos one after another, press start during them to skip to the next *Kid Kool : "VTOKAI" = To see the ending : Find your red buddy, then throw him, don't pick him back up again, a moment later the screen will shift as if glitched, Kool will sound as if he fell into water and died, then you'll see the ending of the game. *Low G Man (With the following codes, first clear CH 1-1, then you'll warp to the chosen stage): "PALIKA" CH 1-2 Manufacturing Zone "ZALIKA" CH 1-3 Metalhead "LALIKA" CH 2-1 Frozen Wasteland "GALIKA" CH 2-2 Ocean Depths "IALIKA" CH 2-3 Submarine "TALIKA" CH 3-1 Cobalt Mines "YALIKA" CH 3-2 Magma Mountains "AALIKE" CH 3-3 The Cliffs "PALIKE" CH 3-4 Super Tank "ZALIKE" CH 4-1 The Tower "LALIKE" CH 4-2 Industrial Zone "GALIKE" CH 4-3 Mothership "IALIKE" CH 5-1 Getting Closer "TALIKE" CH 5-2 Final Encounter With these below you'll be unable to exit them, time will run out and you'll die, only to repeat the bonus stage again: "YALIKE" CH 1-0 Cyber Express "APLIKA" CH 6-0 Bonus Area "PPLIKA" CH 6-0 Bonus Area "ZPLIKA" CH 3-0 Anti-Gravity Transport "LPLIKA" CH 6-0 Bonus Area This code'll give you permanent invincibility right from the start, good for exploring the game (Low G Man code created 3/31/2004): "LATEKA" (tested up to the end of the game) This code will give you a LV3 spear on your next life, so after you die you'll have a longer spear (Low G Man code created 3/31/2004): "LAISVA"
  8. One of my more simpler single page maps, Ironsword : The Guardian Legend, old hint for raising score easily and quickly to max out experience fast (a long time ago I used to write everything in caps) : Another note with a small hand drawn image to go with it, this for the final boss of Vice Project Doom (not needed but something at the time I had of an idea to do with every game, but never did) : One of my later maps I did on graph paper, Spiritual Warfare (actually got this one dated too) : Most of my maps are too big to put here, multiple pages and whatnot. Everything back then was done by hand, notes, little drawings, all the mapping on graph paper, it sure was a different time, now it's all notepad and paint in windows 10 which is so much easier, but somehow some of the creativity that came with drawing stuff by hand on paper has been lost.
  9. I got far too many things to post here. Maps for Air Fortress, Deadly Towers, Dr Chaos, Dragon Warrior II, Hydlide, Legacy of the Wizard, Milon's Secret Castle, Super Pitfall, W&W III and more, a lot of stuff, including a handful of PS1 game maps just because I enjoyed doing these things during that time of my life. Plus various pages of game passwords that I was working on cracking, some I did to near completion, others I never quite found everything, all done at a time before ever having a computer. https://photos.app.goo.gl/aGfoRnSHZ9jSXHeo9 Have a lot more other notes and whatnot but haven't taken pics of or scanned because it just takes a lot of time and I just never got around to it all. Maybe one of these days, may not have the papers forever and it'd be good to have them in access on the computer our my google drive or photos. But then after hooking up the scanner and looking over all of them, ugh, nah, forget it, too much work, most has been long since typed in notepad documents anyway. Even though there was a time I relied on paper, once I didn't need it anymore, never really want to go back to it. But every once in a while I open up the box that has all my old paper stuff and think, wow, sure has been a long time.
  10. Yeah, but will this god save you in time, or will you be one of the victims of the many monster attacks? Gods do what they can, but can't always help everyone. But hey, maybe you'll come back as a Soulblazer! Not human anymore, not god, not quite an angel but powerful enough and working for this god to fight said monsters that probably had a thing in you being killed or anyone, thus you can be all awesome and heroic even if all you ever wanted to be was an ordinary member of society. Fighting side by side with the god of that world, but don't let it get to your head, you might come back reincarnated as a cockroach.
  11. ↑ Pretty much every one of us that got the Nintendo back then, except I didn't, but my brother did, eh, good enough because I was just as excited as he was. Nope, no pictures of excitement for getting a game console, brother got to open both NES and Atari 2600 and by the time I got anything myself I was an adult and bought the SNES myself and every console thereafter. I didn't even think to do any reenactments when I had the chance later in life. Oh well, got the memories at least. I always love seeing pictures like this because it feels like how I felt as a kid in getting anything that I wanted really bad, also looks like the perfect pic for selling the console too. Hey, if that boy is that fucking overjoyed, shit, I want that!
  12. I curse, a lot, in pretty much every video I make because I do a lot in my life off camera. But now all my stuff is unlisted, because I really don't need some crap against it because of my foul mouth and the whole protect the children thing. But I do understand it, there's a lot of really awful horrifying traumatizing shit out there, and not just kids, but no one should see. I do believe there's more warrant for it than say, the video game rating system that all started during the Mortal Kombat era, for those I could understand nowadays games, but back then, that stuff was tame. I used to watch all kinds of horror movies when I was a child, didn't mess me up (I don't think), but there is a big difference between fantasy and much of the very real stuff that is shown now, the kind of stuff kids shouldn't have to see at such a young age, but then sheltering them from every little issue isn't good either. One really has to think about what to allow and expose children to, and nowadays with most of them having their own smart phones and whatnot, they can pretty much look at anything, so even if parents of said kids were to monitor them, quite a bit more challenging now than it was a couple decades ago.
  13. Just watched a really good apocalypse scenario thriller on hulu, A Breath Away (Dans la brume). It was in french with english subtitles. I understood maybe 5-7% (maybe more, just that still there was lots that slipped past me) of what I was hearing which is actually pretty good considering I don't really do much watching stuff in french language because by myself I don't usually watch anything (mostly all gaming for me). Many times I was only catching a few words here and there and more than a handful of times understood actual whole sentences. I got excited, and my mom's like, well of course you knew what they said because the subtitles are at the bottom of the screen. I'm like no, not the translation, the words they actually spoke. She just doesn't get the significance. Anyway it was really good. An earthquake happens in Paris and then some poison gas appears and covers the whole city (presumably the whole world) and two parents of a daughter who has to live in a bubble try to keep her alive. Interestingly while I was watching this movie it reminded me of a game demo I played on the 360 that it somehow felt like, not the same, but the same feeling, I am Alive (took forever for me to remember and find that game title).
  14. Though it has been ages since I've had and watched the movie, The Wizard had always been one of my favorite movies of all time. Always enjoyed this one scene and the music.
  15. But not if you just play the TGL mode, then it's pure shmup, thus qualifying.
  16. Never owned a Gameboy. My brother had one a long time ago, played several games on it then. Oh, I did have the Super Gameboy adapter, got Wario Land and Donkey Kong for it, but whatever little experiences I had back then, they just don't hold the kind of ooh or awe factor or lasting nostalgia that I always had with the NES and SNES and Playstation. I just wasn't into the haldheld thing then. I do have a DS that I got like 7-8 years ago I think it was. Used to play it a lot, mostly the Castlevania and Metroid games (GBA and DS which is the nicest part about the handheld, two in one), played the hell out of those for a while, but have and had some other games too. As for nostalgia over it, nah, just something to do and could take with me if need be. but haven't played it in a long while. The buttons malfunctioned sometimes and other times I had to fiddle with the cart several times for the thing to recognize it was in there. While it hasn't been used in a while, I keep it as a just in case, never know, could be without other gaming means and at least I would still have that.
  17. My mom and I just finished watching Creed II on Hulu. Never been disappointed by a single Rocky movie and so far, neither of the Creed movies. This one was so good, had us tensed up during the fights and balling our eyes out at the end. You know when a movie is really great is when you really get into that shit. Haven't teared up with a movie in a while, I needed that. Happy tears, not sad, so its good.
  18. Soulblazer. Je juste arrivé à la Zone 2, la Forêt du Bois Vert. ( I just arrived at Zone 2, Greenwood Forest.)
  19. Most of the Dragonball Z cartoon was spent on a bunch of guys standing or floating in place staring and grunting at each other, though somehow it was still watchable. Eventually they actually got down to the fighting.
  20. Soulblazer. Playing this one in french too. It has been a very long time since I played this game, much like the time frame as with Mystic Quest. This one should provide me more dialogue than Mystic Quest to study with, lots of people and other living things to save from monsters and talk to. Récemment, j'ai tourné la roue du moulin. Maintenant, je peux utiliser l'ascenseur dans le château souterrain. (Recently, I turned the mill wheel. Now, I can use the elevator in the underground castle.) I type out all of the game text as I go along, comme cet exemple ci-dessous... (like this exemple below...)
  21. That was some excitement going on there, DefaultGen!
  22. As long as it serves whatever purpose needed, don't matter how old it is. Or could be like this poor bastard, and tossed out like rubbish. Wait... I still function. Wanna bet.
