  1. I've yet to sink my teeth into tales of vesperia definitive edition. I've never played a dragon quest but I've heard only good things about 8. If I ever get my ps2 hooked up again, I'll have to give it a spin. 11 is amazing I hear? Im not waiting for the remake, I just went ahead and fired up Final Fantasy 7 on the psp.
  2. I'm a chef by trade. Right now I have a gig making breakfast sandwiches for a local sub chain. It's not the most glamorous or exciting job I've ever had, but ill never beat the schedule this job gives me ever again.
  3. My knees aren't up for running, I don't have the ability for child care to go to the gym, so I mostly rely on a job that keeps me fit ATM(I move on average 5 to 6 miles per day according to my step counter). I would like to do some sort of aerobic exercise on an elliptical or a bike machine at some point. Maybe in a few years when my kids get older and my oldest is responsible enough to be a sitter.
  4. That shovel pass Mayfield threw was laughable. I literally laughed out when that happened. 3 snaps, 3 turnovers, holy smokes! Browns really should be so much better than they are. They are so undisciplined and their coach has to go. This is all coaching.
  5. Im like 50/50 physical digital with switch. Standout titles like Zelda and mario I get physical. Lesser titles I just want to plug and play like the genesis collection, golf story, some random rhythm games I downloaded I went digital.
  6. Buffalo/Philly has been a pretty fun game to watch. Buffs defense finally broke down though and Philly is now running all over them. Buffalo really can't score, though. They need something of an offense or their nasty defense will get worn down every week. Pretty well coached game either way. I like seeing buffalo going for it on 4th and 10 on the 30. The wind there is really taking away the passing game but philly is just running all over them.
  7. I only ever drink water. When I want some flavor in my beverage, I'll spice it up by drinking a nice flavored seltzer.
  8. It's time for me to face it. I'm in my 30s. My body started telling me this about 3 or 4 months ago when it started getting a little harder getting out of bed. Gotta eat healthy. Im not trying to lose weight, just eat better. I'm eating this salad for lunch. Roastisserie chicken, greens, carrot, tomato, cheddar, almonds, craisins, egg, and honey mustard dressing. Lots of good protein and veggies and the creamy dressing makes it enjoyable. I eat one of these 3 or 4 times a week. Best of all, all this stuff is bought pre made at the grocery store, so there isn't a lot of work involved to eat it. I'm a busy guy, and i dont have much time to deal with things like meal prep. I know I'm not the only one dealing with my 30s, what's everyone else doing to eat healthier?
  9. I most recently beat sonic 3 and knuckles and Ocarina of Time. Both are just classics.
  10. I drink coffee. Lots of coffee. And water. Every now and again I'll drop some energy mio into my water when I need a boost and am too lazy to brew some more coffee or to cheap to buy some. 3 bucks nets like 18 drinks worth of caffeine/herbs and stuff. Way better value than energy drinks!
  11. It's a nice little honeymoon phase we are having here. I'm posting much more frewuently than i did on NA.
  12. Looking forward to pats vs browns today. There isn't any team I want to see get embarrassed more than them.
  13. Trust in JJ! He'll fix this! I know im in the minority, but he nailed the ending of Lost. I'm not a star wars nerd, just a casual fan, but I agree that Last Jedi was dumb.
  14. Beautiful set. I used to play drums every day. I had a Gretch Catalina Maple with paiste Alpha cymbals. I kept them wound up pretty tight and they sounded so warm and mean at the same time. Perfect for playing 90s alternative and metal. It's been about ten years and probably the thing I miss the most since starting a family. There's an Alesis pro set that's been in the window of a local pawn shop I drive by for only 500. I almost have space for it.
  15. I picked Twilight Princess. It's everything I like about Ocarina of Time and then so much more. Incredible atmosphere, very depressing and chilling mood, some of the best dungeons I've ever played (I love the temple of time and the sky palace!) Zelda to me has always been more about understanding your environment and puzzle solving, and combat has always been about exploiting weakness more so than pure challenge, so it really hit the nail on what a Zelda game is supposed to be.
  16. I tend to finish games I start if i am enjoy them. Only a couple games where I gave up because of a hard as nails final boss/final level. Ratchet and Clank comes to mind. After like ten tries against drek, I gave up. It sucks since its like a 10 minute battle with him and you need to be perfect!
  17. Tales of... Doesn't get nearly enough love imo. Symphonia may be my favorite rpg of all time. Top 10 list Tales of symphonia Final fantasy 7 Chrono Trigger Star Ocean 2 Tales of the Abyss Final Fantasy 6 Phantasy star 4 Lunar silver star story Legend of Dragoon Illusion of gaia
  18. Just started Spyro: Enter the Dragonfly. I'm not sure if I like the mechanics. That being said, I've never played a spyro game. Chasing the dragonflies with bubble breath isn't that much fun. I'll decide if I am gonna get into the game after my first boss fight.
  19. At the moment, Final Fantasy 7 on the Way to a Smile. I'm enjoying it so far. It's a collection of short stories that take place in the direct aftermath of the life stream destroying meteor and they each focus on a different character.
  20. Just have to be patient and the profit is very low and slow moving. In 3 years I've grown my collection by *maybe* 4 grand. If I wasn't having fun doing it it wouldnt be worth my time. From a dollars and cents point of view, I would not call it "sucessful." Just a productive time waster. You have to creative too. If you buy a collection with a broken wavebird for example, the parts are worth more than the whole, so you need to list them on eBay individually.
  21. @fox I played on MOTL. Old message board buy sell trade forum for Magic the Gathering. It was much simpler than this with only 3 roles, townie, werewolf, and seer and the occasional doctor when we spiced it up. All these roles should be interesting to say the least. Well see how it goes!
  22. I've played on other forums, first time on this one. Should be fun, unless you all ice me day one. Then gg go team!
