    I’m mostly into action, sci fi, and mecha. Some of my favorites are Cowboy Bebop, Escaflowne, Trigun, FLCL, Eva, Raxephon, Gunbuster, GitS: Stand Alone Complex, Samurai X, Banner/Crest of the Stars, Gurren Lagann, Gungrave, and Ergo Proxy. I collect all kinds of TRU stuff. I have a hat, sweatshirt, Geoffrey & family picture, some hot wheels cars, a store banner, a big customer pickup sign, a Geoffrey music plush for each of my kids and any future kids, and a Geoffrey plush doll with TRU gift card holder for my kids and any future kids.

    It looks like GoCollect had the Nintendo Playstation prototype for play at the convention without a CRT! I don’t know what’s less shocking, this or the fact that the post they put up on FB showed their booth basically empty with neighboring AA and other booths with lines. lol, they had it hooked up to a TCL tv!

    One, although at my job I have to use two. At the end of the day I just want consistently. It drives me nuts seeing people do both in a document. My bigger beef is the Oxford comma. I love it! Sometimes, a sentence can be confusing without it. I consider its disappearance heresy!

    I collect mostly PS2 stuff and PS1 RPGs. I just picked up a copy of God Hand not too long ago.

    I got mine locally from a guy who’s regularly at swaps and shows in the area. You’ll probably get a better deal that way and won’t have to worry about shipping. Is there anything in your area? Also, what size are you looking for? The dude I know still has some and some 19” BVMs too.

    To be fair, can you really blame them for prohibiting promotion of the new site in the future as well as locking that thread? It’s a competing forum that is taking their user base. The fact that they let that go on at all shows that either they don’t care at all about the community or they totally do and want people to be able to band together and leave if they want. Realistically, they probably mostly wanted the historical data on the site.

    Yes, I am not a fan of these kind of things, especially for games that are affordable. I’d honestly give away an extra copy of Lion King to save someone from this purchase.

    I still buy CDs occasionally. I don’t see a benefit to just downloading a song when I can own the CD and rip it to an mp3. I never grew up on vinyl. My dad has a bunch of records, but I really only heard a handful as a kid. I get the benefit of vinyl, but they take up too much space for me. I like reading the lyrics, notes, etc that come with a CD.
