    We created VGS because we wanted a place where community input matters. A place that isn't run by a company that just wants to leverage our passion and knowledge for profit. They have said they are going to keep NA going on a new server, and I believe them. What it will look like I don't know, and even more important IMO is what kind of support will it get after it is launched? My hunch based off of everything we have seen so far, is no support. As I have said multiple times before, no one wanted it to come to this but I believe VGS will prove a worthy successor, and be a place we will be happy to call home.

    I have every intention of continuing on with a VGS room at the show. It's the same people it's always been, so hopefully Dan gives as the approval.

    So I wish I would have taken better pics of the process, but I will share what I have. When I originally bought this it was sold as the light not working, only the fan. I took it apart, and there is really not much to it so I was optimistic I could get it working. I ended up replacing the pull cord connector and the light bulb socket. Both of which I easily found on the local hardware store. The pic shots the pull cord and then the light socket connected to the yellow wire nut. Hard to take a pic of a working fan, but it works like a dream now!

    We just have to give some people time I think. Hopefully everyone will join us, as I honestly believe VGS will prove the better home for the community going forward.

    There is no chance for me. When I was a kid I never knew anything about publishers or developers, they were all just Nintendo games. So that has kind of stuck in my brain.

    I went to Cedar Point years ago and two of the main rides were closed, and a third broke right as we got on it. As in we waited in line, finally got to board then it broke and we had to get right back off. It wasn't the best day... All amusement parks have those fast passes now, do you spring for those? It seems like they are kind of a must if you want to go on more than like 3 rides in a day.

    We all are, but it was out of our control. I think we will be able to make this fun and worthy alternative in the spirit of old NA, and hopefully even better. Glad you made it!

    You can check what it will turn into right from your inventory when you pick it up. My inventory was usually full so I would check it when it would ask me what to send to the convoy. If it was something decent I would keep it with the character, if it was iron or steel I would send it to the convoy.
