yeah I loathed squads at first and almost always played solo when I first started playing but as I play more I enjoy the group dynamic. I have a few friends and family members who play but even fill squads is a gas. I hear you, playing on the switch is a struggle, I’m likely gonna make the switch to Xbox soon because I want better performance. I play aggressively and build in every fight when it isn’t just a gimme. There’s only so much you can do but on that notion there’s only so much you can do with a console and controller period compared to keyboard and mouse especially when it comes to editing builds. My highest kills in one game is 20 and it’s pretty recent. I dropped salty with a squad and we just tore up the place. I didn’t see the final squad kill count that game but when we were approaching the final circle it was at 38. What a deadly game - the circumstances really need to be right to pull a game like that unless you’re a god and can flex on everyone playing solo squads

Most of my wins are squads like 135 or so (havent checked in a while so this is all a guess) and then like 35ish duos wins and 20 solo wins. Percentage wise its probably not that great because it took me a long time to start getting decent. I still have lots of things I need to improve upon. The game has a deliciously high skill ceiling

I love it, its pretty much my favorite game and the one I play the most. Starting to get pretty good, I'm approaching 200 wins

I hate Doduo in Pokémon snap. I took a near perfect picture of him 10 years ago and I still haven’t been able to top it to get the perfect. He’s not the only Pokémon where this is the case but he definitely pisses me off the hardest

As a placeholder it's okay, this is how my Metal Warriors box is which I got in a huge lot and it wasnt really given any value in that lot, thats a case where I had the game forever and just happened to get a crappy box, I absolutely cannot afford a real box and manual for it and EVO manual would always be a higher priority anyways. It pretty much looks like crap and I have to display it the other way since one side is missing, meaning the red stripe is on the wrong side. I don't like it much but it's better than having just a loose cart I've seen cut up boxes for higher end games get something at auction so I think people recognize the value of them as placeholders.

is there any way you would be able to incorporate shipping prices into the value on your platform? I feel like shipping costs skews everything, especially on the mid range stuff. Especially as a Canadian, I can't trust at first glance that a game is "worth" $30 when people are really buying them for $45-50 shipped to their door. Not that PC/GVN are the only tools to get pricing but it matters to me because when I sell things I like to be pinpoint on my pricing while also making sure I'm not spinning my wheels, and nowadays prices are in flux more than ever

Truth, It's the 100% effort aspect that's hard to nail. For myself if I dont get drawn into the game or already have exp with it I just go for a respectable participation and hope for top 8. I have a feeling next year is gonna get some robust participation, a new fresh start to the site is a blessing in disguise in those ways

From the only post on the forum - whatever data they get properly put back up we should just steal back and make a superior database. Nothing proprietary about data and facts.... plus we were the ones who originally found all that and put it up (all right, I personally didnt really help)

For me it's all or none, if I'm gonna play once I need to play every week - I actually did play a little bit of Mario 2 and didnt see the whole year happening for myself, then just said welp maybe next year

Honestly I was just getting so busy with my home life (I now have a fiancee, a cat, and a dog) that I just needed a break but really I do have lots of time at home so I will absolutely be joining the fray next year. Can't wait! I think my NES is starting to get jealous of my Switch
