  1. It's been pretty dry for awhile, but managed to find a Wii Sports for $4 at Savers, and Pokemon Yellow at GameStop for $30. It still has a save file which is cool, 25 hours with ~level 50 Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, Sandslash, Machoke, and of course Pikachu. Sounds like a balanced team I would have built myself. I had some Nintendo Points expiring so I figured I'd save on shipping and just order a bunch of stuff. I also got the Bravely Default II poster, but that's staying in the tube for now.
  2. I agree, but I see it as it's not for me to decide that one person's life (or 5) is worth any more than another's. So unless pulling the lever leads to zero deaths, I chose not to do anything.
  3. If you have a few minutes, consider taking this ethical quiz on the trolley problem. I think it's 24 questions and tells you how many respondents agreed with your decisions. I killed 81 and feel morally justified understanding that people will die and I will suffer mentally regardless of my decisions. Have fun! https://neal.fun/absurd-trolley-problems
  4. Does it take time to get good? I played it a while ago on and wasn't getting into it. I only made it to the first planet (station/outpost?) after the tutorial area, if that makes sense.
  5. I think I like Cassandra and Helena the most. They look like they could cause a lot of mischief.
  6. How Is the Index Calculated? Indexes are the average price of all items released for that particular console/set with a few items excluded. Video Games Loose Price. The index is an average of the loose (game only) price. Excludes Variants. For example, Player's Choice, Not for Resale, Greatest Hits, Limited Edition versions are excluded. Excludes non-commercially released games. Games like Nintendo World Championships are not included because they were not commercially sold. Excludes unlicensed games. Games like Super Noah's Ark 3D are not included because they were not licensed by the console manufacturer. Excludes all hardware. The indexes do not include systems, accessories, or controllers.
  7. Overall it's still not too bad of a market, it's just the heavy hitters (and pokemon) that are dragging the needle higher.
  8. It's my DQ machine. I've been meaning to pick up Rocket Slime, and I wasn't really a big enough fan of Joker to get the sequel. It doesn't have the same charms as the GBC games.
  9. I guess I better git gud.
  10. Yes, unless Atlus produces your favorite series (which they might). I think you're going to be experiencing wallet fatigue pretty quickly. Start with what you'd want to play normally, then work your way outward.
  11. That's next month silly https://www.nationaldaystoday.com/national-eat-your-beans-day/
  12. I "completed" Vampire Survivors on PC, meaning I finished all 114 challenges and unlocked everything. I loved it, and I'm not someone who is a big fan of arcade/high score games.
  13. Wife's out of town for the weekend, so I'll be home alone with the kids. I should be able to get on for an hour or two. If we play TMNT, I'll be on Xbox/PC.

  15. I don't mess around with that kind of risk. Stocks associated with Musk fluctuate not so much as a result of the business but because of him. Could you make money, sure, but good luck timing it.
  16. I love them, seen them live in San Diego with Avenged Sevenfold back in 2006.
  17. I knew the thread before I even clicked on this post.
  18. It's been a while since I've picked up anything but found this bundle on Mercari, $99 shipped, really just got it for Crystalis with the manual.
  19. Didn't think this would blow up, they say? Posted just in time for May 4th, huh? Interesting...
