  1. Mine was Bulbasaur because I didn't know any better.
  2. Awesome soundtrack and Tamia's cover of Wham's Careless Whispers (great song to begin with) is the best track on the album.
  3. Let's just consider it my birthday present. Train has left the station, on it's way to AZ. For those that want to play at home # 9405509205568824797933
  4. That's one I never expected to own and I feel a little guilty taking it, but I made sure to replace it with some solid entries. I just hope it's something you and @LeatherRebel5150 are happy with. Now the hunt for the manual begins!
  5. Train arrived yesterday and was pretty stoked on my picks, especially the book. The steel book is for Dead Rising 2 and the stack of disks are various PS1 demos. I'll have it moving out ASAP.
  6. Also, my county is currently on fire with possible flash floods so that may cause slight delays in mail service. That being said, I will let everyone as soon as I receive it and have the box turned around within 48 hours.
  7. It looks like the box didn't disappoint, lots of fun stuff.
  8. Right now I'm hiding behind the curtains playing Nighttime glow in the dark hide and seek. Update: I was found.
  9. You are right, and there were multiple categories in the competition including painting, drawing, and photography. This piece specifically won the digital art / manipulated photography category. In this instance, what he did isn't much different from manipulated photography. You start with a pre-formed image and change it. He worked within the parameters of the category. That being said, creating a piece like this by hand, unassisted by AI like Midjourney, could take dozens of hours to complete. That is a luxury other competitors probably didn't have/use. This is like winning a short story competition using a ghost writer.
  10. Congratulations @drxandy Get the mystery box. Anything could be in there, even a $35 eShop gift card!
  11. JVOSS first, last train I was the stop before them so we're going to switch this time.
  12. USPS announced holiday pricing to start 10/2, let's keep this train rolling.
  13. I have an extra copy of Trails of Cold Steel III Extracurricular Edition on Switch in like new condition with the art book and lenticular card. I'm looking to do a straight trade for Trails of Cold Steel IV Frontline Edition with the art book and soundtrack download card (it's cool if the code has been redeemed).
  14. I see the pope took a break from his apology tour in Canada to wail on some sax.
  15. I just finished Jurassic Park, quite different from the movie, especially the ending. I'm wondering how different Lost World is from the movie now.
  16. Sword and Shield we're alright. I thought they were a little bland/boring, but my kids liked them more than I did. I'm hoping they take some ideas from Arceus to really try bring some new things to the table for Scarlett and Violet.
  17. I wouldn't say I smash it now, but I'm decent at Tetris. When I was a kid, I wasn't very good at it, so I didn't like it, but since it was the pack in Gameboy game and I didn't have a lot of other options, I played it for the music. Today I can enjoy playing it solo, still not a fan of Tetris 99 as it is a reminder of my mediocrity.
  18. I've got a short cruiser and did the exact same thing a couple months ago. I was hobbling around for a week before I could even stand to put standing pressure on my leg.
  19. It's been pretty dry for awhile, but managed to find a Wii Sports for $4 at Savers, and Pokemon Yellow at GameStop for $30. It still has a save file which is cool, 25 hours with ~level 50 Charizard, Venusaur, Blastoise, Sandslash, Machoke, and of course Pikachu. Sounds like a balanced team I would have built myself. I had some Nintendo Points expiring so I figured I'd save on shipping and just order a bunch of stuff. I also got the Bravely Default II poster, but that's staying in the tube for now.
  20. I agree, but I see it as it's not for me to decide that one person's life (or 5) is worth any more than another's. So unless pulling the lever leads to zero deaths, I chose not to do anything.
