  1. If she's set on a color and isn't one to change her mind, you could just buy the Switch the next time you come across it and save it until the time comes. Less stress for all involved. Wario64 on Twitter usually posts when systems come in stock at Amazon and Best Buy.
  2. I agree with all of this, but I'm ok with letting go of the Wii U. I just sold my WW edition console a couple weeks ago because if I can still play the games (on the Switch) I'd rather have one less system, HDD, and giant controller to take up space and 2 electric outlets freed up. One less system to worry about my kids jamming a disc into wrong. But yeah, Nintendo has been lazy and I hope they don't get too comfortable. They've dredged the Wii U well at this point and are going to have to actually make some new games.
  3. You're already on a deserted island, so you bring a game about living on a relatively deserted island?
  4. Yeah, we're not fans of the "omlete wrapped around a chile" style relleno you find in some places. I had prepped a rice, beans, chorizo, and corn mixture for lunches, but we just cheated and used it for the filling while adding some chick'n. Which reminds me, I'm all out of lunches now...
  5. Brand new Shovel Knight Treasure Trove for Nintendo Switch. All the extra DLC is included on the cart. $25 shipped first class in the US. SOLD
  6. I totally get what you are saying about ToCS III, but for what it's worth, the game does includes a whole backstory mode that covers all the chapters of the previous games. It's a lot to take in and might not be the most engaging way to get into the story, but it might be a good way to jump start you into the series. I played the first one on Vita and really enjoyed it, but I'd love to see the whole series (Trails in the Sky FC and SC, ToCS 1-4) come to the Switch. It would be quite the set.
  7. I just sold my pstv a couple weeks ago due to the price it's been going for lately. I never used it, which is ironic considering how much I play the Switch both docked and on TV.
  8. I know the Vita is region free but I didn't realize the Asian release had English. Now I may have to pick up a copy. I already have Muramasa on the Wii, and I'm not a big fan MK.
  9. They released Soul Sacrifice Delta (the expanded edition) but only Japan got it physical. It's dumb but I'm not a big fan of download only games outside of PC, and I didn't like the idea of having a game the wasn't the complete experience available, so I just never picked it up.
  10. There's a picture of my collection, I think I have everything I want. It was bigger but I have been selling off my LRG releases as they come out for the Switch. Most recently was Ys Origins.
  11. I don't like the Batman Arkham games. It's not so much the gameplay, but I just really don't like the ethos of the character as a whole, and the rest of the game wasn't mind-blowing enough to compensate.
  12. I only started playing it recently when it came to Gamepass, but I agree. The controls are just overly complicated and cumbersome. I also feel like it takes too long to loot. After a big shoot out, you grind to a halt and take 10 minutes to see the same pick pocket animation over and over, and pilfer cupboards by picking up things one by one; all while having NPCs yelling at you to hurry up.

    Joy-Con drift

Last year my left joy con had the drifts, but this was after the class action talk and Nintendo was offering free repair. I made a report, got an RMA the next day, and had it repaired and returned in a week. Now my right joy con is drifting, so again I sent in a report on 7/16, but I still haven't received a label. I bought a new analogue stick off ebay ($5 w/ 3 day shipping) yesterday and will try the repair myself on Tuesday. I'm playing DQ XI S in 2d mode right now so it doesn't effect that game thankfully, but I got my son the BotW DLC for his birthday next week, so hopefully everything works out.
  14. Couple more... The Critic Daria Wallace and Gromit Creature Comforts Pound Puppies The Wuzzles
  15. Early Adult Swim stuff like... Home Movies (my favorite) Space Ghost Coast to Coast The Brak Show Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law Aqua Teen Hunger Force (Not my favorite but people love it) Mission Hill The Oblongs Also... Greg the Bunny Dr. Katz
  16. I was just thinking about this; how long till we get our first "cornball cornsucker" level tirade?
  17. I'm currently playing through DQ XI S "new game+" mode in 2d.
  18. If you've got the extra gear, Pac-Man Vs./Pac World 2 is a great multiplayer game with a Ok game bundled together. It should be around $15. Or you could just get the Vs. disc for under $10. All these can be had for under $20 CIB, but he father down the list, the more hunting you'll likely have to do to get a good deal. Second Sight Robotech: Battlecry (if you're a Robotech fan) Transworld Surf: Next Wave (good game made better by "Shark Tag" multiplayer) James Bond 007: Everything or Nothing Wave Race: Blue Storm Soul Calibur II (if you're a LoZ fan) Resident Evil 0 Resident Evil Resident Evil 4 (only version I've ever played) SSX 3 SSX Tricky (presented differently and not as good IMO, but it's synonymous with GC) Freedom Fighters Metal Arms: Glitch in the System Battalion Wars Metroid Prime Soul Calibur II (if you're a LoZ fan) Summoner: A Goddess Reborn Puyo Pop Fever Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour NBA Street Vol. 2
  19. Is that for the collector's edition or standard? Japan had a physical version released with English subtitles. Also, eBay already has listings for $85 and $199 respectively.
  20. Yo, don't trash Sewer Shark like that!
