Picked up this lot on eBay for $17. It didn't ship till 8 days after I paid and the seller put it all in a padded envelope. The boxes were already shown to be in fair condition but arrived even worse, and one of the bottom tabs on 007 ripped off. MK&A is still sealed so that's cool.

I got this game complete with the star map almost 15 years ago for $5 at Goodwill. I've always wanted to get into it since I like management style games but never have. -

It's interesting because if you compare it to the FC box art, it has all the same components, even the warrior is wearing the same armour. It's just the art style that's different. But as the box says, the US version does seem more EPIC.

Flick is on my island today, so after the kids go to bed tonight, I think I'm going to attempt my first Tarantula Island while I start up season 3 of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.

Since being stuck at home, I've been keeping an eye on cheap Game Boys lots on eBay to. This is everything from the past 5 listings, $58 total. Blank game is another Namco Museum.

For the second time ever, I came across a tarantula on my island, and for the second time, I missed and it bit me. I finished my 758k loan for my third room and ok'd the 1.2M for the second floor addition. Walt the Kangaroo stayed at my campsite and I ran into Alfonso the Crocodile on an island and invited him to move in. I think I only have one more empty plot to fill. I've only put in one bridge (to he most expensive kind) before I figured I should finish my house completely before island upgrades.

You really did end this thread. I wish I had time to pick up the guitar during this shutdown, but between University and having to homeschool my children now, I bearly have time for games.

I lost track of time and only had 15 minutes to fish for the tournament before it closed. I ended up getting a fish wand and a drying rack. It sucks that I still caught eggs that didn't count towards the total.

3DS or PS2? DQ VIII was my first console DQ. I started with DQM on Gameboy after I finished with Pokemon R/B, then got 1-3 on Gameboy Color.

A couple different sites say the quality of the fish don't matter, just quantity. You need 300 points at the end of the day to get the trophy, and each fish is 1 point for the first 3 and 2 points for fish after that in each round. After some rough calculations, I'm guessing IF you had 2 good rods, 200 pieces of bait, and 17k bells in your inventory, you could get it done in 2-2.5 hours. Of course it would take half the day just to get that much bait... If only there was batch crafting.

I put two 2 palm trees there to look like the beach scene between Link and Marin from Link's Awakening. I wish I could fit a log bench between them.

I was 35 hours into DQ VII on the 3DS before taking a year long break. I picked it back up after finishing DQ XI on PS4 and went right back to it. I searched for the town I was in on a walkthrough and just retraced my steps. It didn't take long for me to get back into it and 30 hours later, I beat the final boss.
