I'd feel forever ashamed if I were to give an Adam Sandler movie more than 1/10. I cannot stand his guts, and his comedies are an offense to all of my senses. I'm sorry to anyone who likes them it is not personal. Well, not against anyone other than him of course.

And I do recognize the usual bla bla he can actually act when he wants to. He can. Uncut Gems is amazing, and a big part of that is due to his fantastic performance.

Classic Sandler at his best. Definitely tied for best of his movies with Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, Wedding Singer and Big Daddy. Easy 10/10. Infinitely rewatchable.

7.  One of the better Sandler movies.  I feel like I shouldn’t like his movies but I find them strangely watchable.  Can’t really compare to that direct to VHS movie where he makes magic shoes though  .

7. You need to set the bar low for his movies and you'll enjoy them more. Also, if you were watching/around when he was on SNL, you might have a better appreciation for his flicks.

I never got into this one. It seems like very cookie cutter Adam Sandler (and I like Sandler). Angry dimwit with funny voice gets the girl. Maybe the formula was starting to get stale.

It needs a rewatch though.
