It's not gummy, no gelatin. It's more like... I dunno what else is actually like it actually. It's solid, almost a fudge texture perhaps. I think it's the sugar and salt combo because I feel like that would actually be pretty good. Kinda like putting salted peanuts in a bottle of coca cola.
