  1. Did you go public before you went private?
  2. Eew. And all my sales info, transaction history, and feedback are gone. Glad they changed the name.
  3. I saw the corner Valis lll and thought it was Vapor Trail they're both blue. Vapor Trail looks kind of like Raiden with better music and graphics. I was on the fence about Biohazard Battle, nice to hear.
  4. These real estate analogy's just make me think gentrification. The obvious difference is that I don't think this will affect the average gamer/collector. My irritance is the cultural appropriation, but honestly even that Idc about much anymore.
  5. The most surprising thing for me in the article was that the coin industry is a billion dollar industry. Color me ignorant. That sounds super boring.
  6. Nice pick ups, Impossible Lair looks like it's going to be a modern classic.
  7. We are going do a mixed Halloween celebration the 30th for baby's one month anniversary. Is that three new baby's in one thread? Be careful you all, Men tend to make life long decisions around this time of year.
  8. I just passed the CPA and am looking to begin my accounting career.
  9. @Skinny, I just noticed your Genesis shelf in the photo. Now I am jealous. Those Renovation games look fun. I added Vapor Trail to my list last night. Just from the videos it is my personal favorite.
  10. I'd like a new game in the Ghouls N' Ghosts/Maximo line.
  11. I sold a pre-order for one of my copies of The Messenger from special reserve games about 3 weeks before I recived the game. The sale was through ebay's international shipping program to Germany. The guy contacted me the same day I shipped and asked if he could cancel the order. After going back and forth for longer than I should have I said no, and he submitted a claim to ebay for a defective product. I spoke to ebay, after a couple days they found the claim in my favor. Next, the buyer received the game and put in a defective product claim with paypal claiming the disc was loose and the box was damaged in transit, and would not submit photos. Ebay's international shipping would have been responsible for any damage to the game after they shipped it and again they found the case in my favor. Next, the guy filed a claim with his credit card company saying that it was a fraudulent purchase because somebody else used his credit card. They found in my favor as of yesterday. So after all is said and done, I spent hours dealing with this over several weeks; what a headache. And all this so I could get my copy of The Messenger for free. This definetly was a loss for me even if I didn't lose any money. And it make me wonder if it's a waste of time in general. On the other side of it, maybe it was just my turn, I don't sell a lot of games, but I have never had some one request a return, and have never had a negative response to a sale that I made. Rant over.
  12. Dude it's funny you say that because for the last few days I have been craving some of the military shooters on ps1 and ps2. I really want to play either spec ops or delta force on the ps1 and rainbow 6 on the ps2 and ps3. I haven't played any of these games since they were modern, but I saw delta force for sale and remembered how much fun I used to have with all of these.
  13. The cut scenes are so good. And the back ground reminds me of Einhander and the bullets of Philosoma. I'm gonna pick this up. I really hope it's fun.
  14. Three very different games arrived today and Arrow Flash arrived earlier this week. $117 well spent.
  15. Last I checked, there were slim jntsc PS2 listed for like $75 on ebay. It's a really good price, b/c the Japanese library has some amazing titles.
  16. Delta might be my favorite R-type game, it really holds up well. Gekioh is good. The lightning/electricity gives Truxton a run for its money. It's interesting you guys are split on the Raystorm/Raycrises games. I haven't played them, but there is something about that lock on function that I don't like. I might try them one day, but Idk. Skinny, that Shooter Space Shot looks interesting I've never heard of it.
  17. I buy 2 of every LRG I pick up, but besides that I have only intentionslly bought multiple copies one time. A couple years back I bought 8 copies of Lone Ranger on the NES when they were selling between $20 -$25. I got rid of 6 of them and it is the only game I now intentionally keep a double of in my collection. It still baffels me that that game has never gotten very expensive.
  18. I have had Doom 64 since maybe '05 and I remember thinking it was okay, but opting to play the xbox versions of the original Doom games instead. I'll have to pop it in and see if my older wiser self sees it differently.
  19. I love me some Playstation. I collect PS 1- 4. I love the PS1 the most and still get impressed by the power that little machine has. I have 22 PS1 ntsc titles and will be done collecting for ntsc games I want to own with probably 8 more games. I don't play turn based rpg's so I save a lot on the PS1, 2 and SNES. I still have plenty of games to get on the jntsc side of my PS1 collection.
