    Ladies and gentlemen, it is with GREAT HONOUR that I and the Weekly Contest Team present you with the very first VGS tournament! It was an year of mighty struggle, tough battles and enduring time for our worthy competitors. But now the very best classified for the tournament and will be competing on the next weeks for the HONOUR of being crowned the first VGS weekly contest champion! First Round game : Popeye Here is the list of the 12 members competing : 8bitdontquit Skinnygrinny bertsampsom Barrels mdb39 Tablew/chairs RichardHead Gloves Superjimtendo JamesRobot Ausden Californication There will be no elimination during the 3 weeks of the tournament. Instead, the players will earn points for their placement at a given round and the player with the most points will win. For the first 2 rounds, the points will be awarded in the following fashion: 1st - 20 2nd - 18 3rd - 16 4th - 14 5th - 10 6th - 8 7th - 6 8th - 5 9th - 4 10th - 3 11th - 2 12th - 1 For the last and final round, there will be more points to be gained: 1st - 45 2nd - 40 3rd - 38 4th - 36 5th - 34 6th - 30 7th - 16 8th - 15 9th - 14 10th - 13 11th - 12 12th - 11 Enjoy the competition and may the best player wins!

    Yes we do, check the site-run event! End year tournament is starting shortly, but weekly competition will restart in February 2020. On topic : You got a totally killer N64 setup man, congrats on the complete N64 CIB set, that's a massive collecting achievement!

    In the same line, the Clu Clu Land stages when the coins start to flip over when you pass through them. Just like the later stages of Q-Bert, this totally quadruple the difficulty of the game all of a sudden.

    You might want to check out Golf Story, if you like golf games naturally (since you're so old, you should like golf, right?). Nice indie game, easy to to get into, some simple golf mechanics with RPG elements (quite unique in that sense), good pace between main and side quests, chillin music. Also welcome

    Not a single one Popeyes in my province But good news, the KFC restaurants are almost all closed out. Actually, the one near my house closed no later than Yesterday. I hope something better open up in that place.

    It all boiled down to the definition of cheating. Cheating is about dishonesty, so if you use a 'cheating devices' in order to be dishonest, then yes you're cheating. If you're using a cheating devices and you're being honest about it, you're not cheating anyone, you just gives yourself arbitrary advantages over an informal object (a video game). You can't claim you beat the game legit afterward (dishonesty), but if you say 'I beat it with this and that cheat codes', you're not really being dishonest. If you mod a game to be more difficult, you're not 'cheating' the game, you modify it. In order to cheat with such a harder mod, you would need a context, like making your opponent play the harder version in a competition while he's not aware of it, and you compete against it with the original version. There's a ton of loophole about this subject, which is why it is always a good ground to have a nerdy debate (special thought for Patrick M. on this one).
