    I think it's set by ebay. I was purchasing hockey cards from a seller and they mentioned something about only being able to buy 40 in a single transaction. Might be worth messaging the seller and explaining your predicament? They may be willing to refund excess shipping paid if you end up having to do two transactions.

    That may have been a Gamestop exclusive, or I know at least Gamestop was the only place to find it for a while. If you bought it from one that "gutted" it, good luck having all the pieces.

    I think somebody tried to float this as a rarity at one point, then these auctions came about and destroyed that.

    For me it depends on the issue/how they ask. The last partial I did wasn't even from the guy asking for a partial; it was a Wii game where a corner of the case got cracked in shipping (disc/manual and insert were all still fine). I offered to either ship a replacement blank case, or offered him 5 bucks to pick up a cheapie game at his local game store to swap cases with and he chose the latter.

    I block people that nitpick for a partial refund, so there's that. Legit issues I have no problem refunding, but you can tell when somebody planned to do that right from the start.

    There's an easy fix- just start calling it "born female" swimming instead of Women's swimming? Biological advantage? If you spent the first 18-20 years of your life being a biological male and switch to female, even without testosterone levels you're still going to have advantages with your body.

    I don't think very many of these were opened, and the ones that did get opened likely weren't played with the console internet-enabled so it wouldn't get banned. I know someone with an opened copy of the PS3 version. Pretty sure he also has one of each sealed for PS3 and 360, but it might just be PS3.

    I don't think there's much reading needed in creative mode. Just make sure it's regular Minecraft, not Story Mode (or the other one)
