My body started telling me this about 3 or 4 months ago when it started getting a little harder getting out of bed. Gotta eat healthy. Im not trying to lose weight, just eat better. I'm eating this salad for lunch. Roastisserie chicken, greens, carrot, tomato, cheddar, almonds, craisins, egg, and honey mustard dressing. Lots of good protein and veggies and the creamy dressing makes it enjoyable. I eat one of these 3 or 4 times a week. Best of all, all this stuff is bought pre made at the grocery store, so there isn't a lot of work involved to eat it. I'm a busy guy, and i dont have much time to deal with things like meal prep.
