  1. @Tyree_Coopergood eye, yes it is
  2. Hi guys, I'll post some of my finds in here. Yesterday I grabbed this bootleg of Koei's Ishin no Arashi. Although the game itself (especially in Japanese) isn't particularly exciting to me, bootleg versions of the Koei games are very hard to find, and are also quite valuable. I didn't know this one existed into my good friend pulled a copy out of his bag for me. Yeah I know it needs cleaned, but no time for that as I need to step out.
  3. Gonna throw the OneBus and Vt03/09 technology stuff in this thread. For those that aren't aware of it, these are modified Famiclone technology allowing for better graphics and what not. https://cah4e3.shedevr.org.ru/dumping_2010.php Check out Shark, for example.
  4. @OptOut: I can understand those who keep information to themselves, I'd think that this would generally be more common until people find and obtain the item in question, who wants to create more competition for him or her self? @Everyone: Taiwanese collectors and Thai collectors are this way. I have seen some pictures of friends' collections, where they have thirty or so of the same item. In their mindset, if they have a lot, it is proof they like the thing. I personally generally don't collect more than one, though there are a few exceptions, which sometimes relate to me feeling a product is undervalued.
  5. Shipping from the USA to abroad really is just stupid expensive, it's gotten so much worse in the past eight years that I've been living here. If you want the 40 Winks (actually I intend on getting that too at some point), ship it to my parents' house, I can bring it back for you next time I go to the USA.
  6. I've been cleaning out the storage room and came across these. SFC / SNES definitely isn't high in my book, but I should probably give it a fair shake some weekend. Enjoy the pics!
  7. Hahaha Corey I love you, thanks for all the time and effort you've put into VGS thus far. I'm excited to post some content or blog articles here, though of course I'll tone things down quite a bit from how NA Dave did
  8. I've got one on the Mario land, you've seen it. Crazy offer?
  9. I really don't like that day , it just brings up bad memories for me.
  10. From Pennsylvania, lived in Taiwan for over eight years. I'm about half an hour from Optout, though I'm much more Taiwanese than he is
  11. I'll check PMs , finish my current auction (please bid!), Then leave for good. Money was never the factor for me in this, and the current na leaves me sad.
  12. I'd keep the boxes in question. If its got physical mold then I'd ditch it, just musty or earthy smell then I'd sanitize it and bag it up. I'm not too picky on condition because I can't be. Collecting unlicensed original famicom games , it's quite frequently when only two or three boxes are known to exist. I'd prefer a beaten one to none.
  13. I totally agree on this too. Let's just pick up here and keep going, leave the past in the past and look forward.
  14. Thanks for the ballpark figure! I think I'd definitely be motivated to sell for somewhere in that range. Yes, this is a much earlier clone, q boy was much later I believe.
  15. Hmm, thanks for the idea Mark! I'll have to look into it, I'm computer illiterate by now and never used Google Sheets. Can pictures be posted in it too?
  16. Maybe could be separate sections, one for vidyas and another for other stuff? I got some Taiwanese VHS and cassette tapes I want to sell, but can't post on NA
  17. I've had this NES clone for years, got it from a guy in Scandinavia. It's a 72 pin NES Clone made by Sachen. I find the clone neat as it's by my favourite company, and it shows Tengens Tetris in the cartridge slot. With the good comes the bad though, and I just don't collect NES stuff, and to make matters worse for me, it's PAL, which isn't my pal at all. Anyone know what something like this would be worth? Anyone interested in purchasing it from me? Other thoughts?
  18. This is an unlicensed original game for the PlayStation. I got it a month or two ago and it's still sealed, though the art appears to be a bit sunfaded. I'm just curious, does anyone here think there is any value getting something like this graded? I'm going to keep it sealed, as I also own another copy of this game. I doubt there are still a lot if these in existence, especially sealed, so I'm just curious on others' thoughts here.
  19. I remember back on Nintendo Age the rule was one thread per member, for sales, unless one asked for permission and had it granted (i.e. for selling hundreds of items). I'm wondering if such exceptions could be made over here too? In some other forums I visit, I have separate sales threads dedicated to Famicom / Famiclone cartridges, non Famicom items, and then hardware. The reason I ask is because I have in total about 400 or 500 items for sale, and one of the reasons I rarely posted them for sale at NA was due to it being a logistical nightmare putting everything into one thread and then maintaining it.
