  1. Nice collection! I love seeing the Gamecube Component cables, IMO the grail of cables LOL.

Have you reviewed what happened to Coleco Chameleon or Intellivision Amico ? Just curious your thoughts about those systems.
  3. This ^^^ And somebody needs to open a barcade near me. All of the pinball machines I have found (w/ the Pinball Map app-highly recommend btw) are busted up and unplayable. Frustrating hobby to say the least.
  4. https://sternpinball.com/game/jaws/ Pro is going for $7000 for North America only I believe. Premium $9699 LE $12999 !
  5. Fish Tales came out in 1992 that was a fishing theme. Here's the new video Stern dropped today. I trust Keith Elwin so it should be fun. I do not own any pinball machines but maybe someday.
  6. Jaws is the new Stern. Trailer video leaked: https://streamable.com/xi7cpn
  7. I have the 2022 cartridge with the grinch as well. The lights look amazing! I had it set up during our Christmas party with my top loader and it was a big hit. It's a really cool item and I bring it out every year now.
  8. Nature stuff: Olympic National Park in Washington. Hoh Rainforest. Cannon Beach in Oregon. Most of Oregon coast is nice. We also went to some hot springs outside Portland. Babgy Hot Springs.
  9. Wow I didn't think someone would get that high of a score. Congrats!
  10. It's funny, I had delusions of grandeur the other night and was thinking of asking Bunnyboy if I could license this pinball engine and then make a brand new pinball NES game! I love pinball and NES but I can't code, so maybe not the best idea. But it would be a fun project.
  11. In "real life" pinball tournaments etc., if the machine is acting weird/not-as-it-should, it gets shut down and removed from play. In this scenario, it would be interesting if the players could get the ball loose (after getting stuck) because the game is technically still live until the ball drains (at least in my opinion and according to "real life" pinball). So the score wouldn't count until the ball drains. But yeah in-game exploits/glitches should be considered when they come up. Fun contest so far! I've been playing 2022 8-bit Xmas as well.
  12. A little trick I found. You can backhand that far left ramp shot with the upper flipper. Just trap the ball and lightly hit the flipper. You can hit most of the targets that way. But very tough shot overall!
  13. Just played the game of my life LOL. I spelled Santa and got some good multi-balls. 7,279,310
  14. 15. anyone getting a normal title screen but glitched gameplay? I'm using Nestopia on a PC.
  16. Funny the graphics has kept me from playing that game, but I really want to try it out!
  17. Short answer no, but long answer is that they are not worth too much (compared to others on this post). But I would sell in an emergency scenario, but very unlikely I would need to.
  18. Silk Worm is a lesser talked about shooter where one person controls the jeep on the ground and one controls the helicopter.
  19. Good question! Sadly I just do not have that much space any more. So for me, I'd like to focus on just NES. It also brings me the most joy, and it generally was always my main system to collect for during the last 10 years. I thought of this topic after I read that people on NA were mainly there (at least in the beginning) for NES. So I was curious what the current landscape looks like. I was assuming many people would choose the "I don't have one particular system I collect for the most" option, but maybe some people have favorites. So perhaps we could make another poll, and have people choose the top 5 systems they collect for (or something along those lines).
  20. I just checked in the "Super Mario Encyclopedia: The Official Guide to the First 30 Years" that was published in 2018. It says that Super Mario USA/2 is "based on" Doki Doki Panic. So in other words, it inspired what we know as Super Mario 2. In my opinion, SMB2 is a great Mario game. And the "official guide" explains how it came to be. I'll go with that and carry on.
