Sooo this is a very long shot but could the WA stand for Without Audio? The one I have doesn't have any sound. If it really is a display model and not a kiosk model it would make sense not to have audio. I highly doubt it but I'm just throwing it out there.
So I really don't think this is a kiosk unit. The ones I've seen have stickers on them as well as a connector coming out underneath them. Anyone have any other ideas?
Right, the whole code is backwards, not just the 4. It should be 40111. (1994 January 11) so the game was released sometime in late January/early February.
Yeah, I've never seen it either. The Taiwan printing is odd as most inserts were printed in USA at the time. Can't say I've ever seen a Bayou Billy box with a cut UPC either so it must have been a very limited thing.
Ok, I'm sure this has been talked before but I can't seem to find any thing about it. Did this come with certain copies of the game or did it come with something else?
Welcome to the CK club. That one sits in a closet...quietly....calling my name.....to open it......but I won't do it..........nope, I refuse................damn you CK, get out of my head!
I use this and recommended it as well. However since different companies use the same design, I recommend opening it up and make sure it is indeed good quality inside.
So after looking at some pics it does look like it came with the Mario Kart bundle. Hard to tell in this pic but this looks brand new and the bottom of the stand looks black. Sooo maybe?
