  1. It's Oktoberfest season! Do you celebrate it where you live?
  2. Was not by choice. I think it's got a formal name, "classical education". But EVERYONE had to take it if you when there. There were weirdo's who volunteered for the 4th year of it. Teachers were all good. Hell the high school in general has for the most part amazing teachers with a few exceptions that were meh. But composulary 3 years of speaking a dead language. I would of much more preferred Japanese or Spanish. I ended up taking German for 2 years and that wasn't too bad. I would of been WAY more into it had I been into beer when I learned the language.
  3. 2211, Nothing was super strong over the other songs. Not looking forward to the hard calls.
  4. I took Latin for three years in high school so the answer is NEVER. I buried those bad memories deep deep down to never think of them again.
  5. Do you happen know know of VGS because of our crazy Homebrew crew and their work? I'm not involved much with that side of the site but I know it got a lot of brewers and lovers of playing homebrew games. Also happy to new blood on the forum. Hope you stay and enjoy the other aspects of our community beyond homebrew. I see you didn't mention where you are from. Thoughts on Skyline Chili??
  6. Aw man..... I want to make my question up. "What is the #1 rule in Werewolf?" So many never get it right I figured it was a sure fire way to make sure my account was 100% secured What kind of half rate security is this? Everyone know where I live, that's the most least secure question to ask
  7. Works and then doesn't work..... sounds like a bad connection/solder joint. Once you get the replacements you should open up the 'bad' controller and see if you can find anything wrong looking. Loose Bluetooth antennae maybe.
  8. @Gloves It's freaking mid-September..... it's time...
  9. After looking at some resign prints I feel like those would also be viable too. Sage (along with the other mascots) are similar in design to Animal Crossing characters. These looks like good quality prints. Just need some paint.
  10. You got that VGS money to take art classes to make this possible. Small batch PVC figurines might be difficult to source.
  11. We should have like a Sage Amiibo with a writeable NFC tag that is Amiibo compliant so you can read and write your own faux Amiibo. Initially it should be coded to take you to the VGS website. I guess people could add the NFC tag themselves but I think it would be cool if included. How good is @T-Pac with 3D artwork in Blender?
  12. WTF Limited Run??? $60 for this "bonus" material? 3 pins, post cards, and soundtrack CD
  13. I use 24 hour clock because it's too damn confusing to set a 12:00 alarm and know if it is going to go off at midnight or noon...... also I did serve in the military so it made it super easy to say fuck this 12 hour confusing bullshit.
  14. People do the same with me. I just love the context it's put into. If you follow football you'll totally get the joke. I swear I've seen a 5min game get stretched into a hour long event.
  15. Not saying we were "the" city for Jimmy Buffet but I'm sure we up there based on the history he had with our city and the super fans we have. Hell, we are even getting a Margaritaville Resort in 2026 and based on their other locations (https://www.margaritaville.com/stay) I'd say we stick out. Part of that has to be due to the ridiculous fan base that exist in this area. Don't ask me why, but it's one of those Cincinnati culture things. You are expect to be a Reds fans, Bengals fan, and Jimmy Buffet lover.
  16. I've attended one of those events in a very popular way.... I was on a boat getting shit face drunk on the Ohio River next to Riverbend concern (it's on banks of the Ohio River for those who don't know). I couldn't hear nothing but mumbles because the speakers are not facing the river. All those boats were just playing Jimmy Buffet songs on their speakers and were just being part of the concert in spirt. It's weird but having a boat in Cincinnati means people expect you to use that boat for two things. WEBN fireworks on the Ohio River and Jimmy Buffet concerts. The former resulted in me swimming the Ohio River to legit do a "beer run" to the liquor store in Kentucky and swimming back to the boat. But yeah, oddly enough Cincinnati was a huge place for Jimmy Buffet to do a concert at and they would never do a tour and NOT stop at Cincinnati. One other band that I know of that hold's Cincinnati in their heart for some reason was The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Seemed like they ALWAYS stopped at Cincinnati when they did a tour and always mentioned loving to play for us. Also awesome to hear out of towners loving to visit our city. Especially from those who literally seen a few dozen cities across North America and they put Cincy in their must visit list.
  17. I was looking for a while to get one that cheap. I have seen sales that cheap but nothing cheaper. Often it's $60 on the average cheap. And by that I mean it will have a hole punch in it too. It's sick that it's commonly found for sale at the $90+ level. My cheap ass bought the hole punch version because I'm going for a full set on the cheap. I'm fine with hole punches, wear and tear versions if sold at a good discount. If it looks good on the shelf and the disc plays then that's my bar minimum. But that's awesome you got the game for that cheap.
  18. Here's my August pick-ups. Excited to add a few more PSVR2 games to the collection. Soon I'll need to make a list to track all of the games for a full set like I did with the PSVR. Speaking of that, I added 3 games to PSVR collection. You can see photos of those here; FireHazard's Road to Full ESRB/NA Set For PSVR Random stuff PSVR2 stuff
