  1. Not saying we were "the" city for Jimmy Buffet but I'm sure we up there based on the history he had with our city and the super fans we have. Hell, we are even getting a Margaritaville Resort in 2026 and based on their other locations (https://www.margaritaville.com/stay) I'd say we stick out. Part of that has to be due to the ridiculous fan base that exist in this area. Don't ask me why, but it's one of those Cincinnati culture things. You are expect to be a Reds fans, Bengals fan, and Jimmy Buffet lover.
  2. I've attended one of those events in a very popular way.... I was on a boat getting shit face drunk on the Ohio River next to Riverbend concern (it's on banks of the Ohio River for those who don't know). I couldn't hear nothing but mumbles because the speakers are not facing the river. All those boats were just playing Jimmy Buffet songs on their speakers and were just being part of the concert in spirt. It's weird but having a boat in Cincinnati means people expect you to use that boat for two things. WEBN fireworks on the Ohio River and Jimmy Buffet concerts. The former resulted in me swimming the Ohio River to legit do a "beer run" to the liquor store in Kentucky and swimming back to the boat. But yeah, oddly enough Cincinnati was a huge place for Jimmy Buffet to do a concert at and they would never do a tour and NOT stop at Cincinnati. One other band that I know of that hold's Cincinnati in their heart for some reason was The Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Seemed like they ALWAYS stopped at Cincinnati when they did a tour and always mentioned loving to play for us. Also awesome to hear out of towners loving to visit our city. Especially from those who literally seen a few dozen cities across North America and they put Cincy in their must visit list.
  3. I was looking for a while to get one that cheap. I have seen sales that cheap but nothing cheaper. Often it's $60 on the average cheap. And by that I mean it will have a hole punch in it too. It's sick that it's commonly found for sale at the $90+ level. My cheap ass bought the hole punch version because I'm going for a full set on the cheap. I'm fine with hole punches, wear and tear versions if sold at a good discount. If it looks good on the shelf and the disc plays then that's my bar minimum. But that's awesome you got the game for that cheap.
  4. Here's my August pick-ups. Excited to add a few more PSVR2 games to the collection. Soon I'll need to make a list to track all of the games for a full set like I did with the PSVR. Speaking of that, I added 3 games to PSVR collection. You can see photos of those here; FireHazard's Road to Full ESRB/NA Set For PSVR Random stuff PSVR2 stuff
  5. August pickups are 2 to the ESRB collection goal and a variant (limited edition) PAL game that I already own
  6. How much was Job Simulator? On eBay it's SUPER over MSRP so even if was priced at MSRP it would be a great deal.
  7. 2122, never would of thought I would vote for Soulja Boy over Queen. I love so many Queen songs but that one just fell flat on me
  8. Dude, this product seems like magic...
  9. Signatures are allowed here but very few actually use them unfortunately. I think we are just too lazy to do them. Our creative juices are spent on pet projects or other forms of creativity. Also it's unfortunate you join the fun so late because we just paused our bi weekly Game Night which only the coolest of the cool people do so you would of totally fit right in. We are starting up a werewolf game but it's not your typical one at all. Can totally understand you not wanting to jump into that blood bath right away. But I will let our other members here tempt you by saying you are an old hat at the game (be sure to join the club: Werewolf Arena). I think on SA we called it Mafia, same game basically.
  10. I fully expect that this thing is a simple circuit and should be an easy repair. Not necessary an easy troubleshoot project but simple circuits tend to be simple to troubleshoot too. I wouldn't worry about it being broken if you aren't worried about potentially needing to do some soldering work. But yeah, I'm thinking it will something even simpler like Tanooki said.
  11. Werewolf sign up! ::Instantly scroll through and see who's joining:: I feel like I should join but there was some words saying I had to read things.... thing.... THE Thing! Anyways..... Probably yes???
  12. I'm sure those people know what you mean when you say "KIB" and not that you had a stroke. Do you also discuss how outrageous it cost to ship stuff from "uh-sah".
  13. Even though most of my game collections don't have a box and are case based. I still prefer the the simple CIB or Complete to categorize my collection.
  14. Do you have a preference for describing a game with all original materials included?
  15. I feel like you Music Mega Bracket needs a theme song. And not just any theme song. TWO theme songs duking it out for being number one. VS
  16. I was meh with all of them till #4. Something about Bell Biv DeVoe hits and I'm sure it's from hearing it so many times growing up. 1222
  17. This sounds like a pain to troubleshoot/fix. I know of some YouTubers who post videos of fixing consoles but I'm not aware of anyone who's had consoles been shipped for repair. Lot of DIYers here so that might be why. The one YT I'm thinking of (VideoGameRestoration) is based in Canada . Gloves know how bad shipping from States to Canada can be. I don't recommend shipping international for fixing a console. Best advice I could offer is get a working N64 that is the same motherboard and start comparing resistance and continuity of parts with the working one. If you got some knowledge and luck you can troubleshoot without a working one. But having a working one will make things easier for sure. After looking up some YT videos I think checking the legs of the chips is your next best bet. I watch two videos where that was the issue.
