The cmos battery will not be a huge dealbreaker as long people don’t let it die. Just replace the battery before the Sony servers go down. That should buy you another 10-15 years of system life. If you need to change the battery after that point, there’s a way to give bypass power to the battery terminals in parallel the battery itself so that it can be replaced without dropping the load. Probably not a thing for the average person to attempt to do, but I’m sure there will be plenty of people that will know how to do this properly. If you do end up losing your system, then someone in the hacking community will have backups of the latest firmware and game updates. It’s not the end of the world, people just like to complain

There’s a place is Virginia called Zeros Subs, they are famous for a Baked Grinder sub with hot pepper relish. You can also ask them to put the hot pepper relish on their other subs as well. I really love their hot pepper relish. I no longer live in Virginia, so often make my own baked subs. Unfortunately I can’t find hot pepper relish. Does anyone know where to buy hot pepper relish for subs?

I wondered if a publisher would do this. Sony has a minimum print quantity for game orders. I don’t know exactly what that number is by region but I think it’s at least 500 or 1000. I always wondered if a publisher might claim there’s only a very small quantity of games available just to boost the market price of the game. Then slowly sell the copies they have into the market. One way to make money is to have an actual good game and sell tons of volume for small margin. The other way is to have an absolute crap game that sells for rarity alone with tons of margin per sale.

Is anyone investing in commodities? Please share your choices. Some commodities have gone up in double digit percentages this year, and if there continues to be inflation, maybe will continue going up. And commodities seem to be a safer bet than stocks given current market volatility. I have a Fidelity account, kinda interested in getting into commodities, but I didn’t really know how to get in. Do you just buy commodity tickers just as you would buy stock tickers? I am interested in buying copper, aluminum, lithium, and maybe a few others.

I have to admit I do feel a bit dirty for buying Doge. I don’t like “hype-only” cryptos, all the ones I’ve bought so far have an actually utility to them. But given that Coinbase will be supporting DOGE, I have changed my mind. I feel that Coinbase until now has held a more or less authoritative role in the crypto space. They have supposedly vetted out all of the currencies and only listed the ones that they deemed to be responsibly managed and meeting a strict set of standards. I trust that Coinbase finds the utility in it, as I am just the average person.
