  1. I wouldn’t say impossible. What causes the market price to go down is when there is more selling pressure than buying pressure in the markets. Even with an unlimited supply currency, if the miners are not selling, then the additional supply isn’t being introduced into circulation. Eventually it would get sold off, but the rate that it gets sold off would have to keep pace with new market demand for DOGE to keep the price down. I could be wrong, but I could totally see DOGE getting to $10. Another factor to consider is with Musk working with the DOGE dev team, they could change the rules. And we all know how Elon Musk loves to pump up prices.
  2. I see what your saying, and I’m not a believer in the actual DOGE use case, but given the size of his following I see a good case for $1 DOGE. And if it gets to $1, I can also see it getting to $5-10 The amount of hype around DOGE used to be meme hype. The events that changed my mind about actually buying some are: -Musk has basically replaced his support for bitcoin with support for DOGE. -The size of his following. -The low price entry point. It’s easier for the average person to justify spending $500 on 1000 DOGE than $500 for 0.01 BTC -Charitable organizations have announced they will start taking DOGE donations -Coinbase has unofficially announced they will be supporting DOGE trading in the future months -This: All the technical analysis you need is the fact the majority of people buying DOGE will be Elon fanboys and they’ll be like “ one dollar per DOGE ? Ok “
  3. I never thought I’d be saying this... but I actually bought some Dogecoin. It’s not a joke anymore
  4. Elon Musk is really trying to pump up DOGE. Im guessing he probably personally bought tons at less than a cent. Understandable, it much easier to pump a 1 cent coin up to 100 cents than it is to pump a $50k coin up to $50M
  5. On a side note, YES! I did make it into credits! I actually missed the cutoff date for entering my name into the website. So unless there’s another guy with my name that backed the game, that would be me:
  6. Has anyone backed R Type Final 2 for the physical Kickstarter version? I have not received mine yet, updates say that the forecasted delivery would have been April 29. Anyone else experiencing delays? If ask them directly, but I’m sure they are receiving tons of emails at the moment so thought I’d start here
  7. The radius of the corners on the label should match the radius of the corners of the inlay. It looks like the label corners have a slightly larger radius
  8. It called a mass spectrometer. Usually they use them to test the alloy composition of metals. It is a surface test. If they are detecting it inside of the box, they are probably using a different method. Maybe a radiograph test (RT) to see under the surface. The RT test isn’t done with a handheld tool though, you have to put it inside of a machine.
  9. I love Palestinian food and Israeli food. They sure know how to cook in that part of the world
  10. I get how the technology works. I guess what I’m asking is whether the visible missiles in the video are the Palestinian missiles or if they are the Israeli defense missiles. My guess is that they are the Israeli missiles. Second part of the question was, where are the missiles that they are intercepting? Are they invisible ??
  11. First off, I know the whole Palestinian versus Israeli discussion gets very politically charged with heated arguments from both sides. I am not making this thread to discuss pro-Palestine or pro-Israel viewpoints. Please take that discussion elsewhere, not in this thread. I want to discuss and make sense the video below: This video is supposedly an exchange of missiles from Gaza (Palestinian territory) into Israel, but then Israel has a missile defense system, referred to as the “Iron Dome” which intercepts incoming missiles before they can land on Israeli soil. My understanding is that the Israeli missile defense system consists of rockets, which are known as interceptors. These can be launched vertically from populated areas in Israel to protect the populated areas. Using radar and other tracking tech, they intercept and collide with incoming enemy rockets with 90% accuracy. I am trying to understand what I am seeing in this video. Are the missiles seen in this video launching from Gaza? If so, are they exploding mid-air as a result of being intercepted by Israeli missile defense? I do not see any missile to missile collisions. The area appears to be relatively urbanized, so my guess was that we are actually looking at Israel in the video. In that case, the rockets being launched are part of Israel’s defense system. But even then, the missiles appear to be detonating in mid-air. They do not appear to be intercepting anything though.. I have seen footage of missiles landing on separate occasions and they appear to be bright for the entire trajectory until collision. Can someone with some background shed some light on what is happening in this video?
  12. I’ll start. Id definitely bring a game console, flashcart with roms, portable LCD and solar panel usb charger. And a solid soccer ball that doesn’t deflate. These definitely sound kinda lame as they are entertainment devices, however the vast backlog of entertainment may possibly keep you sane enough to stay alive.
  13. Let’s assume you are going to Mars permanently to live out the remainder of your life with a group of two dozen other people. You are allowed to bring 50 pounds of personal items with you. What items would you make absolutely sure to pack with you?
  14. The relative isolation and harsh weather conditions would make Antarctica the ideal candidate as a site for training and simulation. You could practice seeing how long survival is viable, without actual life-ending consequences if the mission failed. You could attempt to create a vegetable farm in a totally synthetic environment (only ignoring the fact that Antarctica has Earth’s atmospheric gasses). Who knows, maybe they are already doing these simulation exercises, but I am not aware of anything large scale enough that would indicate serious preparation for large scale Mars colonization.
  15. There are many research bases in Antarctica. We have cracked it already. The reason we only have a limited number of research bases there is because that’s all that is allowed due to international treaties. Nobody is allowed to colonize, mine, fish, hunt, develop, or do pretty much anything there other than non-invasive scientific research.
  16. I cant complain about higher results than expected. Gotta love that Nintendo twist
  17. @LagoI posted some refurb variants on my Refurbished Wii U/3DS thread that you can add here. Not currently on this list: -Wonderful 101 -Luigi U
  18. So did it crash already? I heard an unconfirmed report that it crash in the Indian Ocean
  19. If they’re not out all the time or your covering them that will help. But don’t trust that a fence will deter coyotes. Check this out:
  20. This was the launch title and it was playable at kiosks in Target when Dreamcast first released. It was mesmerizing to look at, no other games looks this good at the time. I think the big jump in graphics from N64/PS2 to Dreamcast was what sold this game. I played it through and beat it with my brothers even though it was frustrating and sometimes cheesy just because of the graphics alone.
  21. Which one of my pals is down to make a flow chart
  22. So let me get this straight.. Is a hot dog bun now classified as a sub roll due to its form? I thought 2021 was supposed to be a return to normality
  23. Impossible burger.. no beef in that one but it’s still called a burger... just sayin
