I love Pierce Brosnan on a whole different level. It had nothing to do with him as bond but more of how Photogenic he is on random DVD covers. I will never vote against him. My son is named after a character Pierce played even.

Why did they make odd job the tiny in the games when he was played by a mountain of a man?

My favorite Bonds are Roger Moore and Pierce Brosnan.  Connery is great, but his Bond is a bit too rape-y for me to enjoy anymore.

my vote for favorite movie went to Goldeneye. I think i am tainted by my love of the n64 game. the newer Casino Royale is probably the legitimate best movie of the lot though. Excellent in all regards.

I love me some James Bond. One of the few things I will go out of my way to collect stuff for. Got all the movies, and a number of the comics and books. Too Good

Favorite Bond is Connery. Set the standard for Bond, and gotta give points for the fact Connery's portrayal actually influenced Fleming to change Bond's origins and make him Scottish lol

Favorite movie is Moonraker. Idk entirely why I love it, it certainly is one of the silliest of the Bond movies, but I always enjoy it. And the end with Jaws finally speaking, too good. License to kill is second favorite.

Least favorite is Diamonds are Forever. As far as the less desirable bits of Conery's run from the movies at the time, Diamonds had these tropes in spades, to the point even as a lad watching the movies I hated it. Living Daylights is a close second, as it really hits many of the same things and came out a decade later.

I do have a great appreciation for Craig and his run, pretty much all of them I enjoy and think are good, with Skyfall being probably my number 3 favorite. I really dig the modernized take, which Brosnan's movies, while still enjoyable, still held on to some of that outdatedness imo.

Connery is Bond. As far as the movies go. The Living Daylights and License to Kill, are my top two. They are good 80s action movies. The Connery , Moore and Lazenby movies are on the same level. Of the later movies GoldenEye is the only one semi watchable, but that is just because of the game. I don’t like any of the Craig movies.

Here's a follow up question for you super fans--have you guys read the Ian Fleming novels?  Again, I admit I've not gone that far, but I'd be interested to read up on you guys thoughts and feelings on those old novels.

I have read a few.  Dr. No, Casino Royale , and Moonraker.  I enjoyed them, you will get a different feeling from the character Bond, at least from those novels.  I would say they are worth a read.

I’ve read them all, and they are a fun read. Just don’t read them one after the other, or you will get too accustomed to the formula and it won’t be as enjoyable. Some of the post-Fleming books are pretty good too, especially the last few.
