Funny topic. My uncle was cleaning out his garage yesterday and found his sons old nes with 12 carts + manuals. He called me all excited, “I just sent up you a pic any thing valuable in there!” They were all very common lol. Made we wonder how many other people have systems in the garage.

Just finished Andy Weir’s new book Project Hail Mary. I liked the Martian and like wise like this book. Very easy quick read that kept me entertained.

So the way to get your auctions going is to buy a top collection and use it as the headline for your first auction. Once people see the crazy prices the rare games have gone for, they beat a path to your door. I know DreamTR was offering to sell his Nintendo collection at one time. He has every single game CIB for every Nintendo system. Or you could buy mine for 500k........................Arcades and all.

Wisdom Tree Gameboy games never came with plastic trays or clamshells from the company. This was a 4 person operation (and later a 1 woman operation) and had 0 permission from Nintendo. The early releases had generic card board holders and sleeves for the games. Any Nintendo cardboard white game holder or plastic holder or clamshell was added later by a collector. For later releases they would just bubble wrap the game and stick it in the box. Money was tight.

Some items I acquired lately. The CPO is one of the last pieces I needed to build one of my dream arcade games.

I am just jealous. I have been putting together the same book, but for USA box/manual/cart variants only (not the world, good on them for tackling that). I found that it is a never ending process though. Every time I thought I had them all, I find anther 2 or 3 variant's (especially box variants).

100% guarantee they are missing 30% of the box variants for USA. As far as I know I have the only list. I saw their list (if it is our French friends) and they are missing a ton.

I had 0 to do with this and that is why the USA list is not even close to complete unless they are only going by - variants. Don’t collect the rest of the world so no clue on that.

This was my first console and started my love of video games. I played pitfall, jungle hunt, raiders of the lost ark, pressure cooker, enduro and keystone kapers for hours.

Very fun system. I like the unique Metal Slug games the most

My copy is sealed also. I think most in collectors hands are.

The Kentucky Fried Movie. I remember always loving this movie. Now I think it was just the Boobies?

Box will be easyish to find. There are 3 boxes for Radar Mission all say Game Link Game Pak. The first 2 boxes (TM and R) came with the error/misprint cart. The 3rd -1 box came with the corrected cart. The 2nd Box is the hardest to find. I think it was only printed once and corrected 3 months later.
