  1. i wouldn't have used a cropped photo from the auction page for an estimate thread, especially since 99% of estimate threads aren't estimate threads (people are just looking to hear that whatever they have just purchased is super rare and valuable, and will consider anything below X00$ to be an insult to their intelligence) just list it for whatever you think it's worth, that's really the only answer, and then lower it at each relisting if nobody bites. make sure the title is as ominous as possible to catch buyers' attention
  2. i tried uploading one by one, and reordering the photos before posting the ad. nothing seems to work. the final order in the posted ad is always something else. (at least the main photo is saved as main photo for people to see) it's an annoyance when the 2nd photo shows a styrofoam nobody cares about, and the important stuff gets moved to the last photos not sure if I'm the only one, but it seems fcgamer noticed the problem too
  3. No matter what I do and how I order them, when the ad is posted, they all get scrambled in random order, or maybe in reverse order. Would be nice to have the system keep the order.
  4. The Mega Man cart was obviously melted by Fire Man from inside the game board!
  5. you can flip them right? it says not for resale, it doesn't say not for flip
  6. 8/10, amazing game and managed to innovate over past mario games while keeping the experience close to them. takes some time to get used to the fludd thing, and some parts are annoying, but some parts of mario 64 were annoying too i loved the parallel-world mini levels and the warm atmosphere of the tropical island was really nice and unexpected don't know why so many people hate this game, but then again, are they really so many, or just a vocal minority, or maybe they all refer to the same bunch of bad reviews it got at launch? dunno
  7. printing/colour quality of the insert looks bad, as if it was printed in purpose (cheaply) for the soundtrack bundle in small quantities, which is probably what happened nice rarity but i wouldn't spend any money on it, it looks sort of, i don't know, embarrassing
  8. It doesn't affect the usage at all, it's just that if you have games that use the same ROM size, the ROM backup file will have the same size. Say game 1 and 2 use a 32K ROM, and game 1 is actually 24K of data and game 2 is actually 27K of data, the backup files of the games will show 32K. Maybe other copiers have the same "problem", I don't know. edit: just contacted the dev on discord and they said it's normal for gb rom files to be padded that way, as the unused ROM space is padded and removing the padding may cause issues. so it's working as intended. it's a nice product i've used to dump 50+ GB games, i recommend it
  9. For GB / GBC / GBA, I use the GBxCart RW that you can purchase from the creator's website (ships from Australia). Seems to be the cheapest on the market. Works great to backup ROM and saves. You can also write back saves and it has further support for homebrew carts. It has small GUI program that works well, although sometimes it seems to have backuped properly when in fact it has not. Always test to make sure the ROM is working. The only problem I found is that all ROM backups have the same byte size of the chip (so all games that use a 32K memory will have the same byte size). This doesn't reflect the real game size so it's annoying for comparing software revisions and betas.
  10. do they have xs or s as usual, or decent sizes? the large sizes are always sold out super fast
  11. So I saw a small stash of L size of this t-shirt, and since all sizes are basically sold out everywhere, and only XS is still in stock on the website, I thought I could buy as many as possible, and ship to the USA to a reference guy, who could re-dispatch to other buyers. So if at least 10 persons are interested, I can get these for 10$ each and I could probably ship for below 15$ if it's a single package to a single guy, who would help to re-send locally. So it's better if the reference guy is a trusted member of the board. Total for each person would therefore be around 11-12$ Reserve one here, and once 10 people have reserved, I'll buy them. If they're out of stock, no harm done, I will let you know and cancel the whole deal. I'm taking the risk of buying the shirts without people having sent me any money first. I'll put the deadline at saturday 20:00 forum time Detailed photos: CLICK HERE
  12. so the fact that i wanted to buy one means it's not a sticker variant? cool wait until you find out about the other large nintendo puthen sticker that some imports had
  13. the white sticker mentions the same importer (nintendo puthen)and agent/distributor (boyou) as the round gold sticker, as well as limitations for use in taiwan (it is placed in purpose to cover the same text in japanese on the box) and the "insert" is the roc precautions leaflet that was included with proper roc releases how can you consider this a proper roc release and not a sticker variant? because it has a bigger sticker at the back and an added leaflet, really? i guess ok, whatever
  14. Your MS Paint 95 skills are almost as good as mine! On a side note, people may want to be careful with thesofasurfer. If you google him you will find that he is a known scammer who modifies sports jerseys to maximise resell prices. Grading an incomplete game is probably the nicest thing he can do. Also, congrats to HA for doing that and not seeing a problem. Sori for out topic, goback to havin funn.
  15. you are free to believe in your little numbers affixed on your little transparent case you may want to get the fuck out of here first, and keep trying to upsell your wares like the ignorant farmer prick you are
  16. Bump with nice PlayStation 1 / 3 games
  17. oh no not you again have you just discovered ebay and yahoo japan are full of japanese n64 games in good condition?
  18. there was a carton of these on ebay very recently, i remember the seller was asking 100$ a piece, and some copies had flaws that's where the graded copies currently on ebay probably come from also, your game is worth 270$, if the buyer paid, and if your friend or 2nd account didn't bid to push the price up. the number on the useless case you imprisoned your game into makes little difference methinks also, i think op is a troll
  19. I've seen it countless times on Japanese Nintendo consoles. All the parts get revised when needed. Just like 2 of the same car may have different windshield brands/models and factory tires. Of course it's possible it was put together, but you will need a database of hundreds of consoles to be sure that your particular mix of revisions has actually happened or not. I don't think it's worth it.
  20. i cant wait to play super 3 i also cant wait for humans to stop putting games inside hard plastic cases, especially prototypes but im happy there are people willing to spend thousands without seeing a screenshot or a short video of the proto running more seriously, do we have some videos of this running? and has anybody found footage of those beta screens seeing at the back of the retail box?
