  1. Is there a documentation of historical ESRB ratings and the years they applied to? Looking for NA/USA ratings of course. I am trying to find the first edition printing of Smash Bros Brawl and have seen numerous different ratings.
  2. ? Meaning Wifi was first then no wifi? And do you know which esrb rating box looked like on first print by chance? ‘Teen’ or ‘teen adolescents’
  3. I have seen a ton of different variants. Which is the true black/white original label version of this game for USA/NA version? Thanks!
  4. Honestly I see none. The seal on the bottom is what gets me… everything else looks clean as heck.
  5. Thank you, I agree it’s very hard to tell. I’ve looked at tons of games for sale on eBay too. Does the overlapping seal on these games run towards the front or back?
  6. I posted this on collecting questions, maybe its better off here? Remove whatever one if this is an issue, sorry. Anyways, I am looking at a sealed version locally of first print Animal Crossing this week and I have been trying to do some research on what to look for before I drop some good money on it. I came across a few postings that say there was actually glue used in the sealing of these games along the top and bottom seals, which can be slightly noticeable when inspecting closely - Is this correct?
  7. Seriously? PS1 games manufactured and distributed in '16-'17? seems wrong, but I'm only a novice.

  9. Could you give us a link for the gaming specific ones? I am a newer collector as well and am curious about shelves as well! Thanks
  10. Interesting, the left one I assume has y seal but the right one also looks shrink wrap? Is that also common for the larger sealed games as pictured on the left?
  11. 1. Did ALL ps1 games that were new and sealed have the sticker along the top? 2. Same as first question but in regards to all Xbox platforms and the label being along the side? 3. Did ALL ps2 games come with some sort of security label? 4. Are DS and 3DS case/box dimensions the same exact size or are they slightly different? thanks for the help!
  12. I have mostly been collecting PS1/PS2 games thus far as it’s the consoles I grew up on. PS1, PS2 and XB360 seem easy to identify with the game barcodes on the edges (although it seems some PS2 don’t have barcode stickers), but DS, 3DS, Switch, Wii, Wii U, PS3, PS4 games all have just a general cello seals all around on the edges with no barcodes. What I am looking for, is someone(s) to share what the factory sealed edges look like for these platforms. I know the y-seal to look for, however I am unfamiliar with the top, bottom and side edges of other platforms as I am just expanding into them. I had a Wii game that I just flipped that I am assuming is/was authentic but truly I am not 100% sure. Please someone share if you know 100% how the factory seals are supposed to be on these games - pictures would be best! Thanks in advance!
