  1. Regardless of any type method, the minimum needs to be to open the game to have full access to the connectors to see what your working with. A quick q-tipping ain't gonna get that "dried soda" gunk out from between pins if you don't open it, and I wouldn't want that kind of stuff in my console. Personally, I take a eraser to the pins then a tooth brush with alcohol, then dry with a microfiber cloth.
  2. Im a Freschetta guy, love their 5 cheese pizza, thin and crispy and actually has flavor
  3. That's some real dedication to assemble that all in Taiwan and all that shipping. The N64 is an awesome console that gets crapped on too much, good to see it get some love. I completed my set in 2012 and that feeling of completeing any kind of set is akin to graduation. The "I'm finally done, and can really enjoy the fruits of my labor." Which subset is your main focus after this one?
  4. Every single game that can be opened, I open upon arrival. They get thoroughly cleaned in and out before they ever go into a console. (Don't kid yourselves the whole q-tip and alcohol thing is NOT an adequate cleaning method. Thats like jumping in a shower, getting wet, and saying your clean without and soap or getting into the nooks and folds.) Aint no ones dirty contacts are goin into my slot! So I guess I check to see if they're real every time just by cleaning them.
  5. I'm digging Bloo Kid 2, might check that out. Not a bad suggestion, but not my taste in art style. Really interesting looking but it breaks rule 2!!! if I don't decide on anything and keep accumulating coins I might get to it, thanks for the suggestion. Will check these out
  6. If you want @Reed Rothchild you can post that link I posted for RH in the OP so everyone can see it, at least until you get a chance to edit your post. The list of games should be complete and up to date as of a few days ago, though I'm still working on finding some box codes and barcodes
  7. Right here @RH https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18UCeKB0rLMvko4ZJjxm665hbqjpoD-7bxjX0i7OkKyU/edit?usp=sharing
  8. I have about $23 in gold coins burning a hole in my pocket that I've finally decided to use up and am looking for some game suggestions to spend it on. To make this like a little game in itself here are the rules: 1. Must not be currently available physically in North America (ESRB rated) or be announced to be coming physically. 2. Must not cost more than the gold coins I have available. I don't want to be spending any money on this since I consider digital games "disposable" entertainment. I'm craving a good tower defense game, though I'm open to any suggestions. Let's see what you guys come up with!
  9. Complete 360 set? That sounds neat, have any pictures? How many games are there?
  10. Eh, the 10yr old bothers me more. At least the Rock n Roll has experience/history, and I like a feel good moment for some old guard once in a while. On a side note, my gf who hasn't ever watched wrestling other than YouTube clips Ive shown her of old stuff, said she caught AEW the other night and thought it was horrible. She specifically mentioned their punches looked fake and all I could think was "jesus, I'm dating jim cornette"
  11. That's something LRG promised way back when. But they kept shifting the goal posts on how to determine who owns all of their vita releases. The last I saw there was still nothing official on which game it will be or how to submit your claim to one
  12. Honestly I was kind surprised how well they moved around for their age. But that may be because I have grandparents that can barely walk around anymore let alone hop around and run their shoulder into a ring post like Robert Gibson was doing. They won with a quick roll up so it wasn't like they really overpowered the other team
  13. My father just got himself a new tv on black friday and now wants a sound system for it. So my aunt and grandfather want to get it for him for Christmas. Apparently since I'm the "young kid, you should know about this stuff" they want me to tell them which thing to get. I admittedly know nothing of sound systems and was seeking advice from you guys. These are the options they're harping me on me about. So if someone could give me advice on which of these seem better for whatever reason I would appreciate it. https://www.amazon.com/BYL-Soundbar-Learning-Bluetooth-Adjustable/dp/B07KLST91R/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?crid=NET321TC0J9F&keywords=byl+soundbar&qid=1575500178&smid=A3KROBATCYMHNT&sprefix=byl+%2Caps%2C153&sr=8-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUFMQjM1SkYzM0pGQTgmZW5jcnlwdGVkSWQ9QTAxNDI3ODQyREswRTQxMENUT1A4JmVuY3J5cHRlZEFkSWQ9QTA1NDY5NDczUTAxNkgxR0hINTUxJndpZGdldE5hbWU9c3BfYXRmJmFjdGlvbj1jbGlja1JlZGlyZWN0JmRvTm90TG9nQ2xpY2s9dHJ1ZQ== https://www.amazon.com/Frisby-Surround-Subwoofer-Bluetooth-Streaming/dp/B07H3B8GL5/ref=sr_1_3?crid=C7Q98YKZFVPV&keywords=frisby+home+theater+5.1+surround+sound+system&qid=1575500260&refinements=p_85%3A2470955011&rnid=2470954011&rps=1&sprefix=frisby+home%2Caps%2C140&sr=8-3 https://www.amazon.com/Frisby-FS-5040BT-Surround-Speakers-Bluetooth/dp/B0153YP9RG/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=FS-5040BT&qid=1575500417&sr=8-1
  14. I doubt it unfortunately. My guess is some modern regulatory standards would make it next to impossible to be able to manufacture them. They had a fair amount of toxic stuff in them
  15. I had assumed that all of the units were in one package and he was just claiming they were not in there. But the more I think about it I'm going to guess it required multiple boxes? Could he be telling the truth in that case and a box went missing?
  16. My dad's family and my mothers family both had NES's. I don't think my dad ever got any other games for it besides the gyromite and duck hunt pack ins. From what I remember my moms side had Adventures of Lolo, Ironsword, Top Gun, Streetcop (even though they didnt have the mat to play with) and maybe one or two more I can't remember. My dad purchased a SNES "for me" when I was born ('91) obviously it was for himself. By the time I could use it we had Super Mario World, Super Mario Kart, Hal's Hole in One Golf, Tiny Toons, and one of the Bass Fishing games. I guess all of these could be considered my first games as they were around from the time I was born.
  17. Little PSA for everyone. Hellmut: Badass from Hell Gamestop exclusive is on sale today for $17 online only. They also have buy 2 get 1 on retro going on. So to avoid the $6 shipping fee maybe get some retro stuff too to get over that $35 barrier.
  18. This. It sounds ridiculous but I really do think we're at that point where an uncut video is necessary
  19. Was not sure where to put this, mods can move if it fits elsewhere. Is there a way to view all of the playtime logged on the Switch in the parental app? It looks like it only records playtimes begining from when the app is downloaded going forward. I was hoping there is a way to pull all the data from my console to the app prior to me downloading it.
  20. Im sorry this happened to you, it only takes one dick to spread the clap. I hope you can get some kimf of result from exposing it
  21. Thats great going use these quotes on a friend of mine that listens to them
  22. I gave them a 2 because...well they play instruments that counts for something. But they also had that song with "Mickey Mouse" in the lyrics. Uh sorry but no, I can't take a band that tries to be metal and puts that in a song seriously.
