  1. I recieved 2 SN30 controllers with the dongle things for Christmas and every time I charge them up and then leave them alone they drain the battery and die. This happens with both of them so Im assuming its me and not the controllers? I thought they had an auto sleep mode in them? Do i have to have them hooked up to charge any time theyre not in use?
  2. Purchase of Powerfest '94 from @DiamanteLoco Transaction #2 Seller: LeatherRebel5150 Buyer: muckyfingers Summary: Skullgirls OST album Transaction Status: Shipped
  3. Dam @Galdius your on fire. Im still chugging away at Majora's Mask. I like to %100 this game when i play it, one of my favorite games. Im at the Stone Tower, then need the Anju and Kafei side quest and I'll be done hopefully this weekend
  4. I think the main problem was not so much timing but how hard it was to program for. Ive read alot of stuff over the years that it was a pretty exotic thing to program for and Atari didn't really give any support with development tools and such. Do no one really pushed its potential
  5. No, no I didn't take anything you said as passing judgment. Im just reading your guys stories of all being informed to do it and it was kinda part of the deal at 18 and I don't remember any of that happening when I turned 18. You would think the high school would have made a fairly big deal about it
  6. I graduated HS in 2009 and don't remember the SS ever being brought up except for some passing comments from my grandfather I think. The only reason I actively went and did it was I applied for a job at the post office later that year and it was on the form asking if you had done it. Until filling out the application I never thought of it. Im sure some of my friends didn't do it until way later or maybe never have. Now Im curious to find out
  7. As budget allows yea pretty much. Games are pretty cheap used. Ive always collected in sets. I already have N64, Master System, Jaguar, and 32x. Switch is the first system Ive been interested in collecting while its current. Makes it alot easier since everything is readily available and there is no "super rarez" price wise
  8. It is a fun game and people should pick it up if they think its fun. But i only have so much money to work with so if I have to choose Im picking up games that are good and also go towards the set. Its just my preference
  9. This is how Im viewing it. Its just a PAL game someone slapped a new cover on
  10. I don't know how many people are aware of this release, but thought I bring it up for the Shiz and giggles. It's more or less another limited run publisher that has released a Switch game. This company seems to be an actual brick and mortar video game store in New York city, that has done prints of Dreamcast games in the past. I was a little weary of pre-ordering from them as so many of these limited print companies has popped up over the past year or so and at least one (Warned Collectors) has turned into a scam. So I waited to see if they would actually release the game. I got an email notification that they had begun to send out pre-order copies and took that as a good enough sign to order one, which I did this past Monday and received the game on Thursday. There copies are numbered, I received 131 of 1500. So that either means they have barely sold any if theyre going in order or means absolutely nothing if they just send random numbers. The only problem I have with the release is that it is NOT ESRB rated. That kinda kills it for me personally. I'm a set guy and lacking the rating basically makes it feel region-less rather than a US game. It will be a nice novelty piece for the collection I guess but I won't be purchasing any more releases from them. I haven't had a chance to dive into the game itself yet seems like it could be fun like a Mech based Contra game. Theyre still available for sale if anyone is more into the limited print thing. https://www.vgnysoft.com/ http://videogamesnewyork.com/
  11. I do. But it takes some getting used to. I have alot of muscle memory for the original controller so it does feel a little weird. It is also very lite, maybe half the weight of the OG, and the A and B buttons feel less convex and more flat. But those are not complaints just some things to get used to. So far it works flawlessly.
  12. All loose unless they jump happen to fall in my lap otherwise. I prefer to eventually use Universal Game Cases to house them at some point. Much more durable.
  13. I started playing Majors Mask last night. Got a Brawler 64 controller for Christmas and am taking it for a spin
  14. I may have missed it somewhere in the body of the thread, is there a new thread for it? A public list of names? Basically any info of when its starting etc?
  15. So is this going to be a thing? I have a few neat things I found during the post Christmas clean up I wouldn't mind putting in a box.
  16. The Undertaker debuted at Survivor Series in 1990. 30 years in the business Other notable 30th anniversaries: Germany Reunification Hubble Telescope Deployed Nelson Mandela Released from Prison
  17. There used to be a guy on Atariage that sold embroidered dust covers for consoles. Other than that if you have a regularly shaped shelving area you could get some plexiglass and make doors to keep dust out
  18. Gave them a 2 My dad always liked them. I could never stand them, was never a fan of Nirvana either so that might be a slight influence of just a general Anti Dave Grohl bias
  19. I saw this listed on NScollectors reddit list of releases but couldn't find any evidence online. But it might be another one of those weird Wal Mart drops like Professional Farmer
  20. I had a similar situation I asked about on NA years ago. Cant remember what/if there was an explanation. If only NA was easily searchable !
  21. It doesn't have to be a hipster thing to dislike the Beatles. I gave them a 5 (i think it was last week or something when I votes un the pole) because of who they are. But I've always disliked their music save for one or two songs. For someone who lives through it, would make sense to see them as groundbreaking because they were the first band you heard doing alot of crazy things in music. Having been born in '91 I heard a swarm of other bands that followed the Beatles, at the same time so they don't seem particularly special. To be honest even amonst their peers, The Who, Stones, Doors, etc they are at the bottom of the list for me
  22. I was apart of this back in the days of NA. That one allowed for anything game related not just games/console. So stuff like plushies and movies etc. I think someone made off with the box at some point and that's why it stopped. Anyway I'm interested in taking part.
  23. This is what I came to say. Every N64 Ive come action in the wild had this game next to it
  24. I only ever collected the cards when I wqs young, but play quite a bit with the online game. Once you figure it out its alot of fun. Just keep playing the onlne game and you'll see how it works. Do games against other real players rather then the solo game. You'll probably lose most of the time but you get to see what they're doing until you het used to it. Remember tou can click on the card on the play field to blow it up to read it.
  25. Question for everyone. I bought Everspace on Amazon when it was on sale. I went to redeem the coins but it said it wasn't for my region. But its an ESRB game although im guessing Canadian since it has French on it. Are Canadian games not considered the same region. I assumed they are the same since its still ESRB but I might be wrong
