  1. It's not the best option but Nintendo's official store still has refurbished systems in stock: https://store.nintendo.com/nintendo-switch-neon-blue-neon-red-joy-con-refurbished-2.html $259.99 and you get a limited warranty from them. Plus these are the v2 models with the better battery life (4.5+ hours). Shipping usually takes about 5 days.
  2. These aren’t steals but I got Catherine on a Black Friday special for $19.99 and the rest were $5 each at Five Below.
  3. There's actual definitions for this stuff btw. Shovelware games are video games that are made with a low budget and possibly little time, resulting in poor quality, numerous flaws, and possibly lots of glitches as well. Indie games may be low budget but they are not usually low effort or rushed. Shovelware isn't "games you don't like" or "games made for kids" or "games that are cheaper on Steam." They are usually games that are badly made or literally broken. I mean, you mention Imagine Babyz. Read a review and see what this is like: https://www.ign.com/articles/2007/11/13/imagine-babyz-review. The touch screen controls don't work well, so some of the mini games are practically unplayable. This series is a great example because I am reminded of another game, Imagine Babysitters (I kid you not, this is a different game from Imagine Babyz, and why didn't they call it Imagine Babysitterz???), where IIRC if you are in the middle of changing a baby's diaper, and their parents get home before you finish, the game registers this as failing the diaper change and you lose points. These are things that point to a lack of quality assurance, because the companies that make these games don't want to invest money in making sure the games work well! Hence the term "shovelware." Does it mean the games are bad? Not fun? Not necessarily. But if you play enough games you will notice the difference. A good example of shovelware on Switch is Garfield Kart. Just read this review! It's not well made! https://www.nintendolife.com/reviews/nintendo-switch/garfield_kart_furious_racing
  4. This is getting so frustrating. The other day I was staring at my phone and I got a PUSH NOTIFICATION from the Target app that this was back in stock. I tapped it immediately and by the time the app loaded on the page it was already sold out. Got another one this morning and I was a minute late so of course it was already sold out. No idea how big these restocks are. Are bots just snapping up all the inventory each time? The B2G1 free deal isn't helping. If scalpers are getting these they are getting them for less than retail price!!!
  5. Best Buy Black Friday deals are already live! Ordered Minecraft Dungeons, Zoids Wild and Burnout Paradise Remastered for $19.99 each.
  6. Went ahead and ordered Nexomon and Inertial Drift from VideoGamesPlus because they are on sale ($5 CAD off each one) and each one works out to about $27 USD and with buying both I got free shipping to USA. https://www.videogamesplus.ca/specials.php
  7. bump! removed some items that sold. open to offers on anything if you want to buy. I have prices in mind too just don't have time list them all.
  8. Just listed a bunch of N64 games on Facebook Marketplace with shipping only. Got one sale in less than an hour. Are there still people in this thread that think FB Marketplace doesn't do shipping? Who? And why?
  9. Wow. If you ever find a box for Mario Party 2 I need it!
  10. I haven’t posted in a while I picked these up when they launched but never got around to taking a picture: Some local deals: Traded a loose Pokemon Platinum cart for all this: Some purchases except for the 3DS games, those were from a trade:
  11. It’s the high cost of making physicals now that makes such a huge difference. If it was as cheap as printing a Wii game I think we would see more shovelware physicals.
  12. **Shovelware collectors have entered the chat** I am not a fullsetter but you guys would probably puke if you saw some of the shovelware I have for Wii and DS I’m not buying this though. This is the game I’ll get for free when I’m snapping up local listings in a few years and selling off the stuff I already have.
  13. Disaster Report 4 got a restock at Best Buy: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/disaster-report-4-summer-memories-nintendo-switch/6363207.p?skuId=6363207
  14. Bump! updated my list. Listed all the Nintendo Power's I have and took the prices off. I'm really open to offers on this stuff. Would not be against a fair offer for the whole lot. Also happy to entertain trades.
  15. OK request sent! If others could add this account it's 6347-2129-1936 I need 4 more friends!
  16. There's a notepad up for Hyrule Warriors: AoC. 600 points. More stuff coming soon I'm sure
  17. Neat lil $25 eBay find. Always a treat to find a deal on the bay.
  18. No, with FB Marketplace if you want to list something with shipping you have one shipping option for the listing. So yeah you would have to make one listing per item. If you are trying to move a lot of stuff with minimal effort I recommend making a big text list and you can post it on Reddit and in some FB groups. For FB you will need at least one photo of everything. Then just say "happy to provide additional pictures of anything on request"
