I'm trying not to laugh at the stupidity but wow. I don't see what's wrong with his logic. Makes perfect sense to me lol. When you wear a mask, you breathe your own breath more, so you give yourself corona by infecting yourself with your own breath. Corona comes from within you and is only contagious when you breathe it out of you, then breathe it back in, got it. BUT it is not contagious to others. You can only spread it when you have a mask on, and can only spread it to yourself. Seriously though wow. I can't believe this is a real person. Sorry man and good luck!

Haha for some reason Metroid has just never really interested me. Neither has Kirby but I have at least tried a couple Kirby games before. What if you try pikmin and Pokemon and I try Metroid and resident evil?

Do yourself a favor and give Pokemon and pikmin a go.

Sadly I can only think of one for under $20 and that's mega man network transmission. Very underrated mega man game imo. Well I guess a loose disk of mega man x collection, and a complete mega man anniversary count too but those are just games from other systems.

Yea I've always been baffled by that. Why do so many people seem to skip over echoes?

That surprises me considering how echoes is imo one of the best fire emblem games ever made.

Thank you @Sumez and @Calan87! I'll give the demo another go and see if I like it better with 2-3 players instead of 4. They could just not show the opponents' screens or put the pieces to the left of you in 4 player mode. No idea why they went with the setup they did for 4 players.

I decided to download the free demo for PuyoPuyo Tetris to give it a shot, and it's a good game, however, it has one MAJOR flaw, and it's with the Tetris part of the game. In every other Tetris I can recall playing. The next pieces always come from the bottom up, and go from left to right, similar to how you read. Left to right, then top to bottom for which piece comes next. Now in PuyoPuyo Tetris, it's the complete opposite. Your next piece is on the bottom right. Why? I have no clue because that's the farthest from your peripheral vision as possible and completely backwards from every other Tetris. It's really really throwing me off. So my question is, since this is the demo, is there a way in the full game to change this back to normal? Left to right, top to bottom. Also, is there a way to get rid of your opponents' screens so that you can see more than 3 pieces? Can your next pieces show up on the left side instead of the top? I'd love to know because I'm considering buying this game but only if you can customize how the next pieces appear.

This makes me wonder when we'll see Wii prices take off. It's still a relatively cheap system to collect for. Glad I got all the 3DS games I wanted when I had the chance, although I think it's only certain games taking off. Stuff like fire emblem is still cheaper than the original MSRP. Im really surprised with how cheap fire emblem echoes is. So maybe the train hasn't quite left the station just yet for the 3DS.

If you count the 3DS as having the DS and GBA too, then yes I agree. If you break down each handheld individually for just their library of games, DS wins for me with the 3DS after that, then GBA. I remember making a list once of good games on the DS that I've played, and it was over 50 games. I think 3DS was around like 30 or so.

True with injection. I was thinking not with any custom firmware or workarounds, just what comes with the system that anyone can do. You can always emulate stuff too if you want to go that route. I guess I'm more old school and don't like messing with my game systems.

Gotcha. I hope it's similar to Yu-Gi-Oh. Probably not as complex but if done well, I'm sure it's fun. Man my list is way too long. Here's some of it for what I still need to play: Avalon code, black sigil, suikoden tierkreis, final fantasy tactics A2, Valkyrie profile, sands of destruction, scurge hive, Solatorobo, knights in the nightmare, leavaeithin tactics, front mission, super robot taisen og saga, infinite space, dokapon journey, zombie bbq, elebits, dragon quest v, vi, and ix, radiant historia, (still need to finish Chrono trigger), fighting fantasy, rondo of swords, izuna 1 and 2, luminous arc 1 and 2, etrian Odyssey 1-3, blue dragon plus, blue dragon awakened shadow, monster rancher, fire emblem shadow dragon, advance wars days of ruin, magicians quest, summon night twin age, phantasy star, and (ghost trick if I ever get a copy). If anyone has played some of these games and found they're complete garbage, please tell me so I don't have to waste my time. Boy do I have quite the backlog yikes.

Maybe he still loves it but likes 3DS games more than GBA games. That or he just said eff you dad and chucked it in. Edit: anyone have any similar horror stories? Like imagine a kid chucking a NWC cart into the tub.

I never owned that one. If you want to play GBA and DS games, I recommend the original DS Phat version. I found that the DS lite's hinges break pretty easily and don't last too long. The DS Phat's hinges will break too eventually, but that will take probably 3-4 times as long. My original DS Phat lasted 5 years of heavy use, whereas all my friends' DS lites broke within a year.

Ah so that's what one of your Japanese games is nice!! And yes I've always loved that cool rupee holder. Don't have one myself but it is awesome. Looks like you have a bunch of DS games behind DS games?

Ouch that hurts my biggest regret was selling a sealed Solatorobo years ago for like $30.....I think besides that, what hurts the most is all the boxes and manuals my mom made me throw away for all my Pokemon, Zelda, and mega man games.

Haha well hey it's a really fun game! And very different too. What other game do you have tank battles against each other with all sorts of weapons you create and then you go infiltrate the other person's tank?? Dragon quest monsters joker is another one I always bring up as it's hands down my favorite DS game. I haven't played the 2 you mentioned. Legend of kage 2 has always been one I've been on the fence about. Very nice collection you have there good sir!! Where's advance wars dual strike though?? I see you have the 2nd one. You have fire emblem and advance wars days of ruin, so might I suggest another tactics game? I'll give you a hint, it rhymes with zone smactics and totally hasn't already been mentioned in this thread. If you like Pokemon, I always recommend checking out Digimon World DS, Digimon World Dawn, Digimon World Dusk, and dragon quest monsters joker 1 and 2. Oh and Tingles Rosy Rupeeland is a must for any Zelda lover. Yes, a game starring the loveable Tingle. It's actually a really solid game.

Mine is only games I like or that I think I'll like, and only getting the rare/expensive games if I find them for a great deal. I collect for NES, SNES, N64, GameCube, Wii, Switch, GBC, GBA, DS, 3DS, PSP, and club Nintendo items. My main focuses are DS and GameCube with N64 being my least collected system. Pretty sure I only have like 5 or 6 N64 games. I don't see the point in buying crappy shovelware games but I do see the allure to finishing a full set. Just not my cup of tea.

I don't know if a thread like this already exists. If it does, forgive me and lock this up. If not, this is a place for DS fans to talk about anything DS related. Favorite games, hidden gems, what you're currently playing, etc. I'll start with that I have quite the huge backlog of other games but really want to replay dragon quest heroes rocket slime. Also maybe start Solatorobo for the first time as that game looks fun and pretty different from a lot of other games. I hear ghost trick is great too but sadly I still don't own a copy of that. One of the few DS games I don't own yet that I want.
