  1. CD only and $330. Waiting on Analogue Dup release. Good with OG hardware in the meantime.
  2. I enjoyed The Afraid Queen despite me not usually liking Katrine Hepburn. It is a slow movie though and Hepburn was grating on me. I do prefer Bogart's other movies. Key Largo and In a Lonely Place to name a couple.
  3. Bucky O'Hare is fantastic, a favorite of mine. "Deadeye" Duck is where I got my screen name from.
  4. @asmikacewhat types of games do you enjoy?
  5. What is "this game is really just a ripoff of Sokoban" adding to a thread about please share your self made level codes? Have you played the game? Or is this your statement based on a screenshot?

    The Incident

Updated the entry with ROM purchase link
  7. This is one level that I have on file that was made by TheMetalBeast: https://twitter.com/TheMetalBeast/status/1086485362745270272
  8. Wondering if anyone made any levels for The Incident with the standalone level creator. If you do, drop them here for all to enjoy. Here is a link to the level creator: http://wix.to/0cBpCnI Not familiar with The Incident? It was a 2015 box pushing puzzler by @KHAN Games. The game has 120 levels and a standalone level creator was released later. More information on The Incident Here: https://www.videogamesage.com/databases/homebrew-video-games/nintendo/nes/the-incident-r3/
  9. Retro Game Brews will be giving away a copy of Lizard on August 20th during a charity Mario Kart Stream. Twitch.tv/retrogamebrews
  10. New Episode! Lizard, a homebrew for the NES (also available on additional platforms). Long play with developer ( @rainwarrior) commentary and interview.

    007 Lizard

Another long play episode with developer commentary and interview. This episode is on Lizard, a NES homebrew, and joining me is @rainwarrior
  12. I did not have a 16 bit console growing up. I went from NES to PSX. I payed them at friends houses, but never my own. I do have SNES, genesis, and Turbo now though.
  13. NJ / NY accent. Dog = Dwag Drawer = Draw Coffee = Cough-ee Water = Wad-er Here I am with M-Tee (character logo by @CasualCart)
  14. NES to PSX. Still my two favorites to this day. EDIT: Seems this thread expanded into a list of what consoles you went with over time NES>GameBoy Pocket>PSX>Game.Com>PS2>Wii>Switch
  15. I've been thinking about this and it is odd retrospective into your own logic. For me, Chrono Trigger (snes). $200 for a loose copy is too much. I really like the game, and have spent the same amount for other games that I didn't like as much on other platforms. I just don't have a lot of nostalgia for Super Nintendo, I am okay playing it off a flash cart. But then why am I spending close that amount on Turbografx games, a system I never had before a year ago?? Why??
  16. @phart010Konami is the rights holder of the PC Engine and Turbografx. Konami absorbed Hudson years ago. This is how Konami released the PC Engine Mini. Rondo of Blood release, through LRG, will have Turbografx branding on it. The tweet tread specifies this.
  17. For Rondo of Blood, licensed by the IP of the game property and Console, as both are Konami now. The resulting question for scenarios that happen like this going forward, is this now part of a complete set? With license from both IP holders. In this case, for Turbografx.
  18. I am going to pick up LRG's release, but I still think having a guide to spot the differences between original and PCE Works (or other 1:1 copies) is important.
  19. FWIW Limited Run just announced they are doing a Rondo of Blood release. At the very least, it is licensed, should be visually different, and also should be a quality pressing.
