  1. It was a great movie that I'd recommend to anybody interested in WW1. Between the gas and lice and rats and the sirens and being forced to go over the top and run towards certain death, I can't imagine how hellish it must have been to fight there. Interesting to note, the last living soldier to have fought in WW1 died only eight years ago in England.
  2. I received a lot of NES carts several years ago on NA without pictures and was disappointed with what arrived. They were dirty and smelled, but since I didn't ask for pictures and was going on the seller's reputation, I chose not to leave feedback in lieu of negative feedback and I never worked with them again. This also happened another time on NA with some Genesis stuff that I eventually upgraded, but it was even more egregious that time. Maybe I'm too nice, but it grinds my gears.
  3. I have one of these too. It's exactly what you think it is, a case to hold the game.
  4. Brother, as a former employee myself, you really don't want to know.
  5. Nice thread! I hope to contribute in the future, but we"ll see. Great lists thus far.
  6. My dude, I know you must be trolling me. I need to check my inventory, better press the black button. Or was it white? No matter, I just died, lol. For reference, the best controller ever is the PS3 edging out SNES.
  7. There are like four PAL exclusives, right? F1 Racing Championship, F-1 World Grand Prix II, Premier Manager 64, and Taz Express?
  8. I'm passively collecting the US set, and I have almost all the harder to find titles. Some of the variants are brutal, if you're in to that kind of thing. Some of the games have been surprisingly fun to play as well, despite the worst controller ever.
  9. Welcome back, man. Looking forward to your interesting posts.
  10. Any chance of reincarnating your Stores That Don't Exist Anymore thread? That was amazing.
  11. Gosh, 1, 2, and 3 are timeless classics. But those aside, I'll say Super Mario RPG for SNES.
  12. Pineda at 2yr/$20M is nice, but we still need to replace Gibson's ~25 starts.
  13. Supposedly we were in the mix for Wheeler, but I don't know how serious that rumor is.
  14. The Twins still need starting pitching, since like 2005, but the bats are alive. Figure losing Cron, Pineda, and Castro though. Possibly Gordon, Lewis, and Kiriilloff to make the roster as soon as team control kicks in.
  15. Great dude, here. Highly recommended.
  16. That sounds like a lot of work, my dude. Better off buying one in better condition to start with if time is of any issue. These are a dime a dozen, so finding one with a better starting point should be easy.
  17. Yeah, it's rude, but we've all been there. Chin up for the next one!
  18. Tom Goes to the Mayor Sealab 2021 ATHF Rick and Morty Venture Bros. Tim and Eric Awesome Show Great Job
  19. In no particular order: Goldeneye - N64 Stardew Valley - PS4 Super Mario Bros. - NES The New Tetris - N64 World Series Baseball - Saturn Jackass - PS2
  20. T206 John Titus and 1990 Fleer Jose Uribe come to mind, to each their own.
  21. Glad to see some Genesis appreciation, SeaQuest looks to be in nice shape.
