    In general avocado oil is one of the more expensive oils. I also will use truffle oil on occasion for a more earthy flavor, or as pup said olive oil for a fresh taste (makes a nice salad dressing base). Avocado oil has basically no taste to it, I use it for everything from steaks to popcorn.

    This. I use a cast iron pan and the higher smoke point of avocado oil is huge for my low ventilation apartment.

    Cuz branding, I guess. Honestly not sure. You could always do the classic /s to denote sarcasm. My wife was telling me the other day that people have started putting tonal notes in brackets. For example: (sarcastically) Do you even OWN any rare games? Honestly I don't mind the above approach. It achieves something akin to a novels narrative style, eg. "I'll tell you where you can put that egg!" Jonas guffawed while gesturing to his rear.
