Sonic R for Sega Saturn - Store Display Standee

**SOLD** I got this back in 1997 when I worked in Electronics at Ames Department Store in Upstate, NY.  It is still in the original plastic and has never been opened or set up before.  Does anyone have any information on this?  I can't find anything at all on the internet.

This is really neat! I am a Saturn collector but have never seen one of these. To the right person, I'd say $100-200.

It’s hard to price these things because the market is small. It’s usually a matter of the size, condition, and how popular the game is. I could see this fetching a few hundred maybe, but in this market you could swing higher and see what offers you get.

I’m not much of a standee collector, but I can imagine this to be both a cool collector's item as well as making sense to being targeted as a promotional item. Reasons:

- Sonic was still popular in the mid-90s

- Sonic R was the first exclusive Sonic game on a Saturn (if memory serves me right); Sonic Jam might have perhaps came on earlier but this was a compilation more than an actual game.
