You stand to wipe? I have so many questions..

For me it'd be BOTW, Pokemon let's go and Smash. However I'd end up only playing smash for 30 mins get frustrated, play Pokemon and see if I can find a new shiny then play BOTW for 10 hours and find 3 shrines.

Idk how much they are trying to sell products. Maybe Bunny more than K Han but I don't think K Han was ever raking in the big bucks from his Homebrew endeavour. It was more of a side hobby / labor of love from his own view of it. I think there just isn't that much money in the Homebrew scene the begin with. And the affliction is a goofy reason to not come over to VGS imo. I like NA as much as anyone, maybe more than some people, but this site is a better user experience in every way. Aside from my feedback and donations, I see everything I want in a video game forum.

I think that's the thing with these high prices is that there are games that we all want that if they came down 10-20% we'd buy them. And it's bc there is still a large amount of people who own the carts who are holding them as assets. And not to say a CIB Samson isn't going to go up in value but the cart only price is just so high above with any normal collect would pay that it won't be sustained. I'm sorry dude! I've dwelled amoungst them for too long. Theres a better chance a item will see a waste basket than a $1 off the asking price!

Set collecting seems to be on its way out, especially loose carts, but I think the damage has been done. So many people bought these as investments that most of them would rather let the games sit in storage than sell for a 'new normal' price. They'll hold on to their wares and talk about how rare it is and what they bought it for and why it'll go up soon. That's what gypsy's do when their wares lose value.

Man I just really don't enjoy these releases. They're just not speaking to me. Of course the price is ridiculous, but I think it you wanna sell something like this you need rose colored gaming level of detail.

I played some haunted Halloween 85 tonight. I dug out Medievil 1 & 2 to play coming up

Handhelds are HOT right now. China has been pumping out nice hardware up grades for the GBA and GBC at a reasonable price now ips screens that easily Trump the AGS101 ship for around $40-50 for both the GBA and GBC. Even the neo geo pocket has a nice ips screen fs at around the same price. They're all plug and play installs too where you only have to solder if you want a brightness control. I think bc of these QOL accessories being some easy to get and install that most enthusiastists have the games they want to play or flash carts already. Analogue is just capitalizing on an already existing market for a reasonable price point and added accessabitity.
