Wow….I haven’t seen a decent condition HudsonSoft Bonks Revenge in awhile but the way things have gone in the last year I’m not surprised. OG gameboy has always been a tough one to collect for. Bonk Revenge is more rare than say Kid Dracula which is probably double that price sales or more now.

I tell you who I’m passed at…… my damn self! I grew up in the card and comic era so I should have known it was just a matter of time with Video Games. I mentioned on NA a few times our hobby was undervalued and had room to grow BUT I made the decision not to dive deep into sealed collecting (I do own sealed games). I bet heavy on CIB because I always wanted to experience the game, read the manual and admire the box art. Hell I even use to own a store in the late 90s and still have my receipt from purchasing a few copies of Mario 64 from my wholesaler lol. Win some and you lose some. We all had the opportunity to get this stuff before it got hot.

I hear what you saying but when you say, "attract publicity than doing the actual legwork to determine true "world best." That not their job just like it's not the NFL, NBA, Olympics or any other competitive body. The individual has to want it and work for it. These people who have their records fill out the paperwork and go thru the process.... they wanted so they deserve it. No governing body in the world does any legwork, they provide the forum for individuals to succeed. I don't think anyone will say "Usain Bolt is the fastest man we know of" He is until otherwise just like this lady is until otherwise.

Congrats to this young lady and the amazing collection she has! There are so many ways one can collect …..it’s what makes you happy.

When companies take on too much business and don’t have the resources to handle the increased volume they then to rush to make up for the shortage. When they rush they tend to be careless and damage can and will happen. More than likely it’s careless mishandling with the damage. The problem I have with this company is they have a track record of poor communication which leads to poor customer service. Until their customers take a stand this will continue

It’s an50/50 shot in the United States that you have to show your ID when you present your credit card (they sell wine & beer in the groceries store where I live l and ID is required with all liquor purchases)….. you didn’t know that??? You must enjoy a certain privilege I’m not accustomed to.

Most of us have multi faceted lives that don’t require us to play musical chairs with all the items in a wallet. At a min. one should have some form of identification and a credit card…. Most people that have a car need insurance and in the unfortunate situation you’re injured it’s nice to have your healthcare card. This on top of membership cards, weapons permits or whatever else one seems important is the reason the wallet is much more of a hassle to replace. Where do you live that allows only a credit card to buy groceries …. They never ask you for ID? Must be fraud free. Weird to me how you living.

The mods there are heavily invested so they want to protect their investment if there is any fallout from this. I agree with you 100% ... the Vita is going to be a beast if set collecting is a thing years from now lol or even now for the matter. I only think the switch my rival it in the future. Big congrats on the full sealed set! Major achievement. I have one sealed set collection going now and it's a cat & mouse game waiting for prices to drop vs them going out of print. The way some companies have stopped large physical release printing I've seen a lot of stuff go out of print. Keeps me sharp on my toes P.S.
