  1. Billionaires aren't your friends. They are just wealthy people with the ability to carry out their goals on a global scale.
  2. What quote? Dis quote? Nah couldn’t be, I never hoyd a ting, capice? Now, onto a completely unrelated matter of business, we gotta talk about dat inktoba…I believe it is time for you to pay your dues. I don’t pay you good money to just sit around and not drawer. In fact, don’t even pay you at all.
  3. NOOOOO, You have to validate my preemptive bias that the movie is gonna be terrible because it's not a shining beacon of my OWN personal imagination of how the movie should beee-eeeee.....
  4. Yeah, but your SMB/DH, and SMB/DH/WCTM, and SSVB/NWC, and WCTM are incomplete without THEIR boxes, and so is your FFF: AW if you're fortunate to have one. Also, if you have a loose Bad Street Brawler and/or Super Glove Ball you need the case thingy. Can't forget about Duck Hunt and Gyromite, and some copies of Stack-Up....or boxed Super Mario Bros., and Super Mario Bros. 3's, and certain copies of Dr. Mario.......and does *anyone* own a truly complete Dragon Warrior, Golgo 13, M.C. Kids, or NWC Gold? Where am I posting? Oh, to answer the question. I literally keep my carts stored in a box underneath a drainage pipe in my basement. I also keep my boxes stored underneath a drainage pipe in my basement....but that's a different story.
  5. Man, what a TOP list. Wonder what #1 is Congrats on making it all the way. Let me be the first to ask you to make a print version of this. It can even be cheap, and one of those "print to order" things for all I care.
  6. Well thanks, now everytime I play Clu Clu Land I'm going to see this face...good thing I don't play Clu Clu Land.
  7. Thanks for reminding me, I need to update this list @JVOSS I totally forgot about it. ....man, I gotta make some serious efforts here. Gonna be a project
  8. You think that's bad? Well let me introduce you all to: Nickeleodeon' The Ren & Stimpy Show: Buckeroo$! (Gotta pronounce it Nickelodeons The Ren and Stimpy Show BuckerooDollarsignExlamationpoint) Also: David Crane's A Boy and His Blob: Trouble on Blobolonia Also: Fox's Peter Pan & The Pirates: "The Revenge of Captain Hook" Also: Ivan "Ironman" Stewart's Super Off Road Also: Acclaim's Star Voyager Oh, But Phleo, those don't count because they're just name prefixes... THEN WHY DO YOU CALL THIS: MIKE TYSON'S PUNCH-OUT!!
  9. The game takes place on a literal living flesh planet. There's bound to be some dangly bits everywhere. If anything, the few mechanical enemies make zero sense in the game really....also, if you want me to change my suggestion then I can suggest the ultimate 8-Bit imaginary character. Draw Paddle A from Pong. Edit: Forgot to put a reference.
  10. I'd like to see the "Nerves" boss (big woman with enemies popping out her chest) petting the "Bau" (the hell hound boss) The Bau is the first boss and the Nerves boss is at about 1:24 in the video. Abadox is my favorite forgotton game on the entire NES library...its the only game I owned sealed that I kept sealed for my collection! Also, if the nerves boss is too fully fleshed out (badum tss) the final boss of the game is a work of art in its own....it's basically the female reproductive anatomy inverted, growing out of a tortured soul being sucked of her life force. Edit: Just realized the protagonists gun is oddly phallic...ESPECIALLY on the vertical levels....this game is a euphemism for sex isn't it...
  11. Here is a great place to start, but there's also the "High End Game Room" group on Facebook. Also, my buddy @DefaultGen would love a copy of this game just to dangle it in front of my face all day. Also, realistically despite the fact that this game IS the rarest Licensed NES game, there aren't a lot of hunters for it. If I were to put a price tag on it, I'd be in the ballpark of $1,500 - $2500 for the cartridge, and about $5,000-$10,000 for a CIB copy. It's a very valuable game, but I doubt we're talking something that would justify an escrow service. Though, I could be wrong! This game hasn't popped up in years afterall.
  12. Jeez, ok...this is a "what do you want for it?" kind of game. I'm in the hunt for one, but I'm holding out for a boxed copy.
  13. Jason Brassard is an OG of OGs. Matt McClellan to be honest I have no history with, but he has a beautiful collection and seems very passionate about it. As for the archivist thing...we were always operating in the background. I myself don't consider myself explicitly a "collector" anymore, to me I'm more about documenting and archiving things now. I COLLECT NES, but my archive can take video game history to the year 1901 (no joke!) and I even have computer game memorabilia from 1940!
  14. A lot of the forum is archived on https://archive.nes.science/nintendoage-forums/nintendoage.com/forum/index.html You just can't use the login, search, and database functions. Basically, NintendoAge is dead, but it'll never be lost. ALSO: Some of the old guys have https://www.nintendoage.net/ It's not exactly thriving, but it exists.
  15. No idea, but I'd gladly share them with you. Its about a third of a gigabyte so you have to tell me specifically which one you need, I have 47 of them in there.
  16. @Bronty (Dan Maresca's) Seal Guide in the earlier issues is pretty useful.
  17. Yeah, I'm not a master of Homebrew stuff, but it appears to be something that "Strangulation" was making and never released. Strangulation I think is the same guy who made the legendary, Garage Cart.
  18. Hey now, don't forget that he also bought two unique IPs! "Nindo" and "Sprite" Nindo Sprite Also, the NintendoAge e-Zine
  19. Okay, so years before the NintendoAge database went offline I decided to archive the NES database by hand. I'm pretty sure I even asked Dain if I can keep a copy of it in my PC. I since lost the list because I named it something like asdasogaoskf.xls, but I managed to uncover it today! So, for your own personal use, here is the old NA NES List. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15HCPu4mWLGdjk89MSGzajhjZ0Gf9KLIj98JChyuVvZY/edit?usp=sharing Its flawed and outdated, but it has a ton of the international variants.
  20. They can, but what's interesting is the timeline on the CIC chip. The cart @DefaultGen has here is from a matte sticker SMB, but it's from the second fabrication of CIC chips. The first run is only 4 weeks before this.
  21. Funny way to say “ThePhleo’s shelf” next to his 100 othellos but sure.
  22. Sounds like everything is coming up roses This is the kind of thing that turns newcomers into long timers. I've made some new friends during this boon, but I can only imagine a few of them sticking around.
  23. I'm working on adding the FC / FDS column to the main list on my PC. It's TOUGH! But I'm also getting numbers very close to 1538. One thing that's bothering me in FDS are these things: (PNF-SHO) Tanigawa Kouji no Shougi Shinan II (PNF-SH2) Tanigawa Kouji no Shougi Shinan II: Tsumeshogi / Tsugi no Itte AND (BAN-SG1) SD Gundam World: Gachapon Senshi Scramble Wars (BAN-SGW) SD Gundam World: Gachapon Senshi Scramble Wars Why are these considered different games? LASTLY is Wakusei Aton Gaiden considered a Licensed game or Unlicensed? If Licensed, it's really annoying that it doesn't have a PUB-XXX code.
