Prices across the board have mostly been trending down. Just not a good market overall for luxury JPEGs. A few NFT collections have gone up in price but even then it's tepid.

You have to go back further. Binance started selling their FTT stash and Caroline from Alameda openly asked them to sell OTC at $22 instead of impacting the market and CZ was like nah and FTT crashed and then it became obvious that FTX couldn’t pay their loans because they were using their FTT position as collateral and they suffered a liquidity crunch and in the span of 2 days they ended up having to beg CZ to buy them out which is just total defeat and they paused withdrawals around the same time which meant that they didn’t have people’s money which meant they were running a fractional reserve exchange and now Tom Brady is broke.

Turns out a massive crypto exchange with a massive prop house and a massive venture capital arm was playing loose with customer funds and their balance sheet is a total disaster. Lots of people cannot withdraw their funds and we have no idea yet how bad the debt situation is but when these things happen the debt can’t possibly be repaid.

The fallout from this is going to be really bad. Whatever your expectations are, lower them.

Today has been nuts. I've been having meetings with other people in the industry and every meeting has started with "so have you seen this mess?" Absolute mayhem.

It’s a Canadian cart in a Canadian box. In Canada they include French for the Québécois.

Can you post pictures of the boxes? Nintendo boxes are coated so there’s a natural semi gloss to them.

Not sure, but so far everyone I have talked to says it's supposed to have an h-seam, and the other example I've seen had one. Also the other Microsoft games for GBC had h-seams too.

Just got this in, it was about $11 on eBay: Korean region SpongeBob Beach Party Cook-Off for Nintendo DS: The included promo insert showcases other games for DS and Wii from THQ. I had no idea any of these games were published in Korea!

The other one has significant crushing and judging by the fact that it hasn’t sold, it is not “market priced.” We can sit here and debate the past, like how if the seller had not listed it incorrectly then this wouldn’t have happened, but stuff happens! I will certainly try to be more careful in the future. We live and learn.

It was listed as brand new. A brand new copy. As a seller you should know what you are selling. "Maybe" doesn't cut it! I would never do this as a seller and I expect better of others. I will be pursuing a full refund. It's possible the seller will try to get their 15% restock fee, but it's likely that would come out of eBay's pocket, not mine.
