  1. Ah, so this is where Lara went after the debacle of The Angel of Darkness.
  2. Ceci n'est pas une Axelay
  3. They will remove the console and put a stone of the same weight inside, then they will grade it with a random number from 8 to 10 using a dice with three sides. More seriously, how can someone grade a console? Once they open the box, there will be a mark, so it won't be new anymore. And if they don't open the box, they will never know. And do they disassemble a console to find any traces of use and dirt on the inside of switches and buttons? Do they accept fingermarks on the paper materials? Yellowing on the styrofoam? So many important questions today.
  4. there are many menko cards with nintendo artworks on them i have a large 15 cm menko card with mario bros. 1983 on it, nobody would give me even 5 $ for it they are all cheap to my knowledge, maybe there are specific ones that are rare and sought after, this i don't know
  5. sold thanks
  6. yeah i see it all the time whenever someone opens up a gb cart or console and asks "for advice" by this "black or white" reasoning, all multicarts and pirates with a rom chip are legit i don't think op will be offended, since he's the seller
  7. There's this persisting idea that anything with a glop top on it is fake or modified. Previous message shows examples of this not being true. If the buyer insists, show him more proof that late Game Boy hardware used glop tops. If he doesn't accept it, he's either very ignorant or just wants a free Game Boy. He can also be very ignorant and want a free Game Boy.
  8. cool story, learn to take a joke after you're done telling me you got an amazing deal on a game of a very historical franchise
  9. nice peugeot 205 rendering by looking at those red foglight cover i'd say this is konami nagoya game
  10. this is my opinion, feel free to ignore it i don't give an ass butt (as in, the bottom part of a donkey) about grading, i wouldn't pay a dollar more for a game entombed in a transparent plastic brick, and i think that if you are willing to pay for this service, you deserve the risk of getting scammed by people looking for quick riches also, this whole thing drives prices up while providing fake security so it's a lose-lose for me i could send mismatched games and they wouldn't know, i could send regional variants and they wouldn't even know about them
  11. well it's your money, but still, it hurts a bit to think about the good game(s) i could have bought with 80$
  12. It's a commercial release for sure, since there's a barcode at the back of the outer box. It was definitely for Southeast Asia only. Looks like very few copies were made. I was really hoping the keyring would be of black metal. I laughed when turned out to be soft rubber. I guess they didn't want dead kids on their conscience.
  13. Any Ninja Gaiden or Xbox collectors? I don't think this was ever released in Japan, US or Europe, and Google doesn't even know about it. Comes with the game, a postcard book and a rubber keyring. Had a Toys"R"Us sticker on it, which I removed already. Not the kind of game you'd want sold at Toys"R"US to your 6 year old kiddo, lol.

  15. actually it's pretty obvious that taito stole the idea from sineca
  16. good luck getting that info! this would need its own mini-database in order to cross-check properly. imagine how many boxed and loose copies now come with cables and power cords that aren't the ones that came with that particular copy originally. especially the power cord since it doesn't have a playstation/sony brand on it. i think it needs to be worked model by model and region by region
  17. too bad the guys who bid up to 1257 usd really think it's legit. good fake to the untrained eyes
