  1. Each PAL region box is slightly different but the SOQ is legit.
  2. The owners name is in the link. If you click "About" and then the title. He describes how he got started in his article.
  3. I collect everything, I don't discriminate or play favorites. No, wait yes I do. Nvm.
  4. article here I randomly found this article. It doesn't say the sellers name, but it is very easy to find by searching the titles in the photo. To save you all time its m*s*h.
  5. Wow that dude has a remarkable impressive collection. I have a hard time parting with any video game in my collection as many of them are irreplaceable but I can understand why others do it.
  6. I remember the first Elder Scrolls game my friend got me hooked into was Oblivion. As much as I liked Skyrim more. I sunk more than a 1000+ hours across multiple playthroughs in Oblivion because my first console got RROD. I remember the first time I learned how to use lock pick, all I wanted to do was go to every persons home and steal haha. Another time I met Sheogorath in Shivering Isles. I found him to be annoying. So I punched him and later regretted it.
  7. I know I am not the only one but I have a tendency of buying games thinking I will play them later while I am hooked on another game and they end up in my backlog pile, where it sits there years and years. That is how many of my platform collections begin. Hmm that reminds me of when I purchased a PS4 console to play the last of us remastered game. Great story. Never got around to playing the 2nd.
  8. I picked up a sealed World Heroes SNES. The box has damage but can't complain on the price I paid. Since all Street Fighter games are out of my price range, this look a like copy will do.
  9. Besides Bioshock and Gears of War. There are many ungraded sealed first print 360 titles increasing in value: Assassins Creed, Call of Duty 2/World at War/Call of Duty 4/Modern Warfare 2/Black Ops, Dead Space, Fallout 3, Grand Theft Auto V, Halo 3, Left 4 Dead, Mass Effect, Minecraft Edition, Operation Darkness, Red Dead Redemption, Rumble Roses XX, Saints Row, Saw, Oblivion "T" Rating, Skyrim and the Simpsons Game.
  10. Yeah, thats a possibility. I wonder if Wata management show there shareholders a graph chart representing each month the volume of games being graded, the total quantity size each month, the quantity size per customer, etc etc.? For example: The month of August, there were 5,000 video games sent to be graded. 5% customers games were resealed and chose return/as-is option, 5% customers sent 50+ each, 20% customers sent 15+ each, 50% customers sent 1 to 5 each, etc etc. I would like to see this graph chart if it exist.
  11. The person owns multiple copies of Bioshock is maximizing his/her investment. This is the same thing that tidaldreams posted twice on this forum a week or 2 ago of the Bioshock Infinite 9.8 A++ HA listing sold $1,000. Then scores of ebay listings started disappearing and those "investors" will send them off to Wata or HA then Wata. $_$ makes pple do crazy things. Gears of War sold more than $14,000 USD.
  12. Read the first post on page 12. Yours was an open order with 1 remaining, could be the reason why yours was processed early? Mine are all dvd style and more than 15 quantity. This is why I am speculating mine will be processed later.
  13. I was spoon fed the same BS. I was optimistic but wasn't surprised. Idk how they pick and choose whos order is next to be shipped. Maybe those of you with quantities less than 5, goes first. Less hassle. Then those of you with more than 15, goes last.
  14. As much as I wanted to try out the new company before labor day ended. I couldn't pull the trigger because of the ugly case design but I do like there 'submission page' format, similar to Wata.
  15. If I could travel back in time, I would buy EVERYTHING in this store.
  16. Holycow! Mine was from Dec 2020 and I didn't ask Megan to upgrade it because I was worried I would have to start from the back of the line again. She took it upon herself and put me somewhere in the middle. Very nice of her. I imagine its going to get slower for Wata in Q4 unless something changes again. Lately I have been thinking about the new grading company VGG. I don't like there case design but I really dig the simplicity of the graphics detailing what type of variant a persons nes black box is. Since Wata's price for CIBs is very expensive, I'm thinking about dumping mine to VGG. Someone here posted about 50% off levels 1-3 until labor day and half the est TAT. If I wasn't broke right now, I would jump to the opportunity.
  17. I believe I found a typo for VGG - CIB Overall Grade Balance. Read the last 2 sentences. They mention box twice.
  18. He did. I noticed this at the bottom of VGG page, they want to compare themselves to Wata but not VGA or IGS.
  19. There are 2 types of seams I have seen on the 'no rating' ESRB: 1. First-party H-Seam 2. First-party V-Overlap Seam (the one you have) As you can see, both have been graded by Wata. You can use there grading scale. Click through the different # and compare pictures. Once you have a 'general idea' what your game can grade for. Compare auction sites: Ebay, Certifiedlink, ComicConnect and Heritage Auctions. Weigh the Pros vs Cons. Some pple prefer selling there games raw ungraded. Lesser payout vs graded. Going the graded route requires additional capital and LOTS of patience. All depends on the seller, that means you. Good luck!
  20. BS2 hits the $100 mark. I never got around to playing the 2nd. I enjoyed the 1st and last. I bought the remastered collection the other day, look forward to reminiscing on the big screen tv. Why peel one when you can peel 16 haha. J/k I found someone selling 16 copies for $50s.
  21. This is simply my opinion but I would never send in my games via Select service level. At the very least go Turbo. I know its good for volume size / price ratio but the wait time uugghhh to slow for me. I did Turbo once when it was estimated 45 BD and it took 89 BD to finish. Megan who was working CS at the time, was nice enough to upgrade my order service level to SpeedRun. Not sure how long it would have taken had it remained Turbo all the way.
  22. Automated msg about new estimated TAT, thats it.
