  1. I liked him better when he played Darkness from Legend.
  2. Payment questions for Goldin Auctions: 1. Auction Rules > 3. Buyers Premium: If you pay with crypto currency, its 0.5% only or 20% + 0.5%? 2. Why is crypto cheaper than paying with credit card? 3. Why don't GA accept Paypal?
  3. Yeah, the hype train. This reminds me of the GameStop stock rising and falling multiple times. I forgot why it rose in the first place, maybe someone here can chime me in. Pple on tv said the same thing about Dogecoin toppling Bitcoin and it never happened. I regret selling my Ethereum long ago before it went up. That one still stings.
  4. Some pple have deep pockets. All I have are IOUs but I don't believe Heritage accepts that form of payment. There just as good as cash hahaha.
  5. Hmm this got me thinking, all the high value games are trapped with oxygen in there plastic prisons. Does that make the oxygen valuable? Imagine a niche market for graded oxygen. Maybe not Wata partnered with Heritage but I could see IGS getting in on the niche market. Similar to IGS grading VHS tapes.
  6. Wow, I didn't know mold added value . J/k Wouldn't the value drop over time because of the mold growing inside an enclosed space with trapped oxygen?
  7. I realized my mistake this morning but was to lazy to log on and correct it. The way I read it, from 18 days there was "x" hours left, not full 18 days left.
  8. Right now, all these listings have zero bids. Maybe if the minimum bids began at $.99 cents, it would gain traction. If each listing ends with 1 bidder, I have no doubt GA will claim an "error" in the listing. As it is written here at #16 Errors. It would be nice to get a good deal savings though.
  9. One thing I learned from communicating with Wata's CS reps since Megan left. Be specific and keep it simple. Don't be rude like Farva from Super Troopers in the Dimpus Burger scene. Remember they have your treasure. One time on Wata's contact us page. I forgot to hit 'enter' to break the paragraphs. After waiting a long time, there response was short and sweet. Told me to follow them on social media. I replied something along the lines of go pound sand then deleted the msg instead of send.
  10. I haven't sold anything on ebay in roughly 7 or 8 years, so I am going off memory here. Does the above apply to fixed duration 30 days, GTC or both? If it were set to GTC and you received a sale. The listing wouldn't end but wouldn't be active/live either. So if it sits idle for 90 days, it would delete. What happens if you edit and save the listing every 30 days, would this reset the 90 day timer or no change? Another trick could be, you receive a sale on your fixed duration GTC listing. You do not have another item for sale but do not want the listing to delete in 90 days. So you edit the quantity back to 1 but fill the price with an astronomical number that nobody will pay. After the 90 days mark, the listing should be active with the previous sale visible as "1 sold" and details shown after you click it. Thats all got.
  11. Same here. I have a thing for misprints/errors, HTF, oddities, etc. So many loose carts were affordable last year, are out of my price range this year. Eventually all loose carts will rise to astronomical prices. As it always comes down to price vs demand or inflation. Not all buyers are high rollers and whales. I know I will never own these but one can have hope: Pepsi Invaders Atari 2600 (125 approx), Donkey Kong Country Competition SNES (2,000 approx), Blockbuster World Video Game Championships II '95 SEGA (10 approx), StarFox Weekend Not for Resale Competition SNES (2,000 approx).
  12. I saw #2 with accepted best offer but not all. I'm aware but I wanted to show viewers not all sales are four digits and low five digits. The problem with ebay, which many of you are aware is the ended listings disappear after the 90 day mark. Its entirely possible they existed but are deleted and forever a mystery. Its not like other sites (HA or CL), where you can look up old listings. Unfortunately, the ones with expired links or no links. I did not save there usernames because I didn't know I would need them later but the others your more than welcome to ask yourself. Agreed, anything's possible. The msg "This listing was ended by the seller because the item is no longer available" for seller overheatgames, I did ask him on a number of other high five and six figure sales that he confirmed. I assumed these did too. One thing I will point out is I couldn't find any high five or six figure sale feedback from buyers on the sellers feedback profile. I'm assuming buyers want to remain anonymous, the deal fell through or another reason. Doing a quick search for high priced sold video games, I found a $60,000 sale from seller rarebucky. Not sure if this is valid?
  13. Its possible you never seen any because ebay servers auto-delete them after 90 days? I've seen video game sales near $50,000 to north of $100,000 plus. 1. Bonk's Adventure NES Wata 9.2 A+ 2. Bonk's Adventure NES Wata 9.4 A+ 3. Metal Gear NES Wata 9.8 A++ (link n/a), Sold: $60,000 on 04.29.2021 4. Super Mario Bros NES Wata 9.2 A+ (link expired), Sold: $129,995 on 04.27.2021, Notes: Later Production 5. Pokémon: Blue Version GB Wata 9.6 A+ (link n/a), Sold: $49,900 on 05.20.2021 6. Pokémon Crystal GBA Wata 9.4 A++ 7. Pokémon Crystal GBA VGA 90 Gold (link expired), Sold: $125,000 on 04.27.2021 8. Batman NES Wata 9.8 A+ 9. The Legend of Zelda NES VGA 85 Silver (link n/a), Sold: $150,000 on 04.19.2021, Notes: Early Production, Non Rev-A 10. Masters of the Universe: TPoHM 2600 Wata 9.6 A (unsure if sold)
  14. For shits and giggles, you should've bought from the drop shipper and waited for there next move. Which would've likely canceled your order but at least it would've been funny for them to catch on like "Wait a minute, did he just..?" haha busted!
  15. Nope. Was I supposed to do that before registering? Maybe that is why nothing was happening.
  16. How is everyone getting accepted into Managed Payments? I follow these steps and fill out the form but nothing happens afterwards. I gave up a year ago and will wait end of 2021. It seems like many sellers have Managed Payments because when I view a listing and see payment options including Google Pay, I know the seller has M.P.
  17. Not sure if anyone posted this yet, its an older listing of a Metroid art box misprint.
  18. Well I discovered this sellers 2nd account. Actually, had some of this sellers listings in my watchlist. When I noticed the photos all look the same (the carpet was a big giveaway). Not to mention the location.
  19. I remember you posting this on HA article. I'm guessing bidders (not gamers) mistaken this for the original haha. J/k Also remember that night many pple purchasing scores of the $10 listings. Talk about FOMO.
  20. A while back, I saw a sold listing by drobgaming of a VGA graded NS Pokémon? 4pk go for $4 grand. Unfortunately, I can't find it because ebay doesn't save listings past 90 days. Guess the buyer needed 4. In the early years of LRG, pple were flipping more than 3x or more. I briefly mentioned a ebay seller who did that in this article. Idk if you remember but in the early years of LRG, they used to release a limited print runs at 10am and 6pm. Many pple were working or offline but not scalpers. I'm guessing pple took to social media to voice there complaint. It took a while but eventually LRG put a limit as to how many a person can purchase, like 1-2 per person. Pple continued to complain about the scalpers, mostly the chris seller. Man if you were on the LRG forum (before they changed to discord). Pple were like up and arms about him and a few others. It was funny but scary too. Sometime in 2018 or 19, LRG completely revised there business model to what you see now..the month long pre-order window. I don't believe it will ever stop as long as there is demand for it. Anyways, its not just LRG. I've seen it happen on Special Reserve Games, Strictly Limited Games, Super Rare Games, Play Asia; take your pick.
  21. I was thinking this or an online influencer hyping pple up. Its terrible, many of these titles used to sell for $30. Does selective diehard 360 collector count? J/k. I collect from many video games platforms.
